We always get exceptional service from Belloman. We are part of the maintenance program where we pay monthly so we get our furnace and air conditioner checked, the service call, etc is already paid for. We have had Clayton service our equipment the last few years. He is so thorough and pays attention to every detail and fills us in on what he has done as far as a service call. Clayton went above and beyond this last time. He noticed a potential problem with our water heater and brought it to my attention. He recommended calling a plumber. The plumber told us that we have a potential problem that could be very damaging to our home and that it definitely needed to be replaced. So thanks to Clayton, he identified a potential problem for us to look into. He would not have had to worry or say a thing about this, but we are so glad and grateful he did. So thank you Clayton for being a great representative to Belloman and putting your customers first. (See More)

Clayton arrived right on time and explained what was causing the problem with our air conditioning system in a manner that was easy to understand. He was both professional and personable which i think is a winning combination when dealing with the public. I would not think of calling any other company the next time that we have an issue with our air conditioner. I selected BELO to replace my twin HVAC systems in 2016. Since that time I have elected to participate in their annual start up maintenance program. This past year the service provided by the BELO technicians was absolutely superb. Beyond the outstanding courtesy extended by the technicians, I felt as though my investment in the program was well worth it. This winter’s start up by Clayton more than met my expectations for the contract maintenance on my furnaces. Courteous, engaging, and thorough, Clayton identified a couple of issues in both furnaces that might well have led to near term and possibly expensive repair requirements. I was completely impressed by Clayton’s initiative, candor and expertise. I can and will recommend BELO to any who will listen. A great company that cares. (See More)

Anyone looking for AC or Furnace Repair I highly recommend Bel-O Services. Everyone I have ever had from there has been very professional and courteous and I like they way they run their business. Before your service person comes out they will send you an email with a picture of the tech and his name. You know for sure they are coming from the company and not just off the street. I am very lucky to have Clayton as my repair man and service man. He is so courteous and always explains to me what he does and if he has to replace any parts he always talks to me about it first and then leaves the old piece here so I know that it was replaced. I am very pleased that Clayton is the person still doing my maintenance on my equipment. I feel like having the same person work on it all the time, he knows what he is doing. He always explains what he has done and if I need any parts, he always shows me the piece he had to replace and explains what has happened and why it needed replacing. Once again My Bel-O Man Clayton arrived on schedule and proceeded to go to work. He went to basement to work on my boiler heated furnace. After a while he came up with a piece for my furnace to show me that it was very dirty and he explained everything he was going to do to it to clean it up and put it back. He is very knowledgeable and was able to relate the information to me in words that I knew what he was talking about. I realized that it was indeed very dirty because of the fact that I had my basement waterproofed and they jack-hammered the concrete so I'm sure that was the problem. I know that I have said this before but I am really happy that I get the same Bel-0 Man because I feel really comfortable with Clayton and in this day and age with all the cons and scams out there, I know that I am in good hands. I feel like Bel-O is the best company with the best technicians and the gals in the office. If there is anyone out there who has not tried The Bel-O Man, I can not recommend anyone better than this company with their employees. They are all very well trained and very polite. We have a professional relationship with Bel-O for about 20 years now. Every time the dispatch team calls to say the tech is on their way. The tech is always prompt, courteous, and friendly, not just to us but to our family pet Beagle, Jade, too. And Jade loves their attention. The techs are always very knowledgeable and get right to work with their inspection of our system. The employee's of Beloman are always polite and always helpful. They accommodate your time frame. For my service today I had Gage M (I have had him before) and he went the extra touch to explain that he could sell me a filter since I had not purchased a new one, but he checked the price first to see if his px was cheaper (it was).... to me that was an "extra" . I’ve been fighting with my air duct return for 12 years trying to find a way to easily clean it and get to it. It usually takes me forever to take it off but he showed me a way to easily get to it. Then he sits down with you explains work done, how he documents it and ensures you get copies of bill and work summary documents for your records. My experience for the past two years that Clayton has inspected and repaired my furnace and air conditioner has been very good. Clayton conducts himself professionally with a great personality, and he explains everything he is doing and makes recommendations. It is always a pleasure seeing him at my home twice a year. I just wanted to take a moment to let Beloman know how pleased we were with the service we received today for our a/c. Our unit went out during the night and when I called in the morning I was immediately connected to a woman who was friendly and helpful. I was happy to receive a short estimated range of time when the technician would arrive. I also really appreciated the head's up call when he was on the way and this phone interaction was very pleasant as well. I mainly took the time to send this note because of the service provided by your technician, Clayton. He was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional throughout the visit and I appreciated how he took the time to explain the situation and answer our questions. He did all this while being patient and extending friendliness to my young son who was VERY interested in the encounter. So thank you Belo and a special thank you to Clayton. Been with Bello for years. I had Clayton today for 6 month maintainence. He was right on time. He introduced himself and did necessary work. He came in and explained all that he did. I'm always comfortable with the repairmen they send out, but was very pleased with Clayton as it was his first time here. We bought our new HVAC system from Bel-O several years ago, Mr. Jerry Harrington being the sale representative. Jerry was a blast to work with and worked out a great deal - especially to take advantage of the rebates and bonuses from the Act on Energy initiative in Illinois. Since then, we've maintained our service contract with Bel-O and have not been disappointed. This latest service event, conducted by Clayton for our A/C checkup, is indicative of the great service we get from Bel-O. Clayton explained everything he needed to do and provided updates as he progressed. He was professional, courteous and presented an excellent customer attitude for taking care of our system to the best of his ability. In fact, every Bel-O representative we've interacted with has been the example of outstanding customer care. I have been with BELOMAN for two years now. A no nonsense company that provides top quality service. Never told I had to replace parts unless necessary----never over-charged me for the service and is a very respectiful company----honest and loyal to their customers. I need to mention the ÖutStanding service provided by their profession tehnican Clayton----absolutely the ""Best of the Best". Very profesisonal, polite and clean----proformed the service provided in an Öutsanding manner. Told me every thing I needed to know about the service provided in language that was understandable to me. I have always been happy with Bel-o service. I feel comfortable with these people and I feel very safe and trusting with all the employees I've had. Today I had Clayton to service my AC. I've been using Belo for my air conditioning and heating preventative services since 2002 and continue to be completely satisfied with their services. Always courteous, timely and obviously well versed in their specialty, I have had the same a/c and heater operating since the equipment was installed when the house was built back in 1994. And my current technician, Clayton assures me I still have years of service life left. I particularly appreciate the technicians taking the time to explain what they are doing and what to watch for during the year so that I can be prepared for most issues that might crop up. And the convenience of having my scheduled appointments already made before they even leave the house from the last visit takes the worry out of trying to schedule later. Their prices have gone up over the years as you might expect, but are still reasonable for the service and peace of mind they provide. I have and would recommend Belo services to others (See More)
