Zach came on a Saturday, around 7pm, because our furnace had stopped producing heat, and outside temp was 25 F. He quickly determined the problem...but then, he made another trip back to the office to find the part we needed. He returned to our home, and fixed our furnace. We began getting email notifications of a potential problem with our new system several days ago. Even though it was a holiday weekend, Zach Hawthorne came out to check out the situation and recommended replacement of some of the potentially faulty equipment. The system was still heating, thankfully, during some of the coldest weather in a long time, and Zach realized the situation being resolved was important to us. He ordered replacement parts immediately and as soon as they were available, he came out to remedy the problem. He made his cell phone number available to us in case the situation became critical. We thank Zach and all of the Beloman service team for a job well done and also done with attention to our personal needs and comfort at a difficult time. I always appreciate the services provided by Beloman. It is easy to get appointments. The office calls on the day of the service call, to let me know when the technician will be at my house. And the technician arrives when scheduled. Zach has been to my house before to service my HVAC, and he did a quick, efficient and thorough cleaning and tuneup of my furnace yesterday, preparing it for the heating season. He put in a new filter, and I like that the invoice can now be completed online. Zach was courteous, and that is something I appreciate. There are a lot of companies that provide yearly servicing for air conditioners and furnaces. But I have employed the services of Beloman for years now, and have always been pleased with both the price and the service. I will continue to use their services in the years to come. (See More)

Zach H. from Beloman has been our service repairman for many years. He is the best person to talk with and we trust him with all of our AC and heating needs. We always feel safer after Zach gives us the word; "everything is alright". I just had the outside AC unit replaced on his recommendation. The unit was over 30 years old and he advised me to change it out before it would cost me more later down the road. We also changed out my mothers unit last year for the same reason. Zach is worth his weight in gold. And we hope he stays at Bel-O for the remainder of our life times. We also love to look at his new son's pictures. He turns 1 in a few days. (See More)

I was very pleased with the Belo Service Technician and the work he did. I was very upset with the cost of the repair as set by Belo. I checked on the part that was needed for the repair and found I could purchase the part for between $45.00 and $65.00 depending on the supplier. Belo charged me over $300.00 for a part. When I spoke to the operations manager regarding the price he told me that price included installation and one year warranty on the price. The service tech was here for approximately an hour to install and check the part. If I include the the initial cost of the price (retail price), the time for the tech to drive to my home, the service time to install the part and warranty I still cannot see paying over $300.00 for the repair. I am serious thinking of dropping Belo for my heating/air condition service. (See More)

had help earlier with my 1974 furnace pilot light. my water heater, plumbing, HVAC are all thru Beloman. Absolutely excellent timely response competitive pricing NICE people good products. I own my home & I strongly recommend the maintenance program I pay a bit each moth and summer and winter furnace and AC service are scheduled and happen without my having to remember.
