Val provided excellent service. He arrived on time and assessed the source of our bathroom leak very quickly. He quickly noticed part of the problem dated from construction of this house—too little space between the pipe and the back of the cabinet. Still, he was able to preform a easy, inexpensive fix. There has been no further leakage. Through the whole time, Val was professional and friendly. (See More)

Val was sent out by Beloman to repair a leaking faucet at my mother's home. She had passed a few months prior and her home was under contract to be sold in a few days. Val completed the repair with no problem. I told Val we had purchased a replacement polished brass faucet years earlier that we were told would not fit. It was on the "Good Will" pile in her garage since we thought we couldn't use it. The current faucet was pitted and ugly and upset my mom terribly during her final years - you see, polished brass faucets are hard to come by in these days of brushed chrome and stainless steel. Val asked where the faucet was and I retrieved it for him off the give-away pile. Val had the new faucet and sprayer on in less that 10 minutes time! Val was an experienced plumber who took the time to listen to his customer - I wish we had called Beloman years earlier. Thank you Val - and Beloman! (See More)

We needed a new water heater. And we decided on Beloman. So thankful we did and also very thankful for Val N. He did an amazing job. We really appreciate his kindness, helpfulness and professionalism. We will continue using Beloman and hopefully Val N can be our guy to always work on projects in our home. Martin arrived at my home for my every 6 month furnace check up on December 19. He walked in and cheerfully asked, "How are you?" In my crabby voice, I responded, "Not well. The dog just peed on the carpet, and every thing in that freezer is melted and the refrigerator is not cold!" He asked if I wanted him to take a look at it, and I told him, "No. You are here for the furnace. The refrigerator is old and probably beyond repair. I am just going to go out to Gil Kleine this afternoon and buy a new one and hope that they can deliver it and have it up an running in time for Christmas Eve." Martin said that I really should let him take a look at it since he has worked in appliance repair in the past. I reneged. Within 5 minutes, Martin had diagnosed the problem, and told me that the thermostat (or something) had failed. He suggested that he could get the part and fix the problem during his visit. While he did the furnace work, he had someone from the office deliver the part. By the time he was finished with the furnace, the part had arrived, and he repaired the refrigerator. It was a Christmas miracle!! Without Martin, I doubt that I could have had a repairman out in time to have that refrigerator fixed in time for the holiday celebrations - it just seemed more likely that I could have found a new one and had in delivered in time. I am very grateful! I am sorry if I made Martin late for the following appointment, but it sure worked out for me. Then, the next day, I realized that my garbage disposal was not working. I again called Bell-O, and was offered an appt on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. I hated to have to fit a repair visit into such a busy afternoon, but I scheduled an appt for between 12 and 2. At 9:30 on December 24, I received a call from the office, asking if the technician could come earlier - like by 10. That was perfect! Val (I think that was his name) was there and had the problem fixed by 10:30! I am a very satisfied customer! (See More)

Val installed a new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal for me, and he was extremely professional, personable, and respectful of my home during his time there. Val was quite helpful troubleshooting ideas and coming up with solutions to a couple of problems that came up during the install. Colby did a very very good job. It didn’t take him any time at all and he’s very polite. He has a lot of potential as a plumber and knew what was wrong immediately. He took care of it and answered any questions about the warranty. He was very nice and very qualified. He is an intelligent young man. Val was very neat in his work, ensured there were no leaks when he finished, wiped up any water that dropped when he took out the old faucet out and put everything back under the sink when he was done. Val did a really good job and I’m happy with the way he worked here. He was pleasant and fixed something that I didn’t know wasn’t right. When he was under the sink replacing the faucet he pointed out to me that the bottom of my sink was rusting. I’m glad he pointed it out to me and took a picture to show me because it could’ve caused more problems later. I was really happy with his thorough work and he did a really good job. Mark was the estimator that did the initial estimate and got the job lined up also did a very good job. I’m very happy with both of them. (See More)

Everything went great yesterday! I am afraid I can't recall one of your plumbers names. But they were the best, they were very conscientious and professional. They took their time making sure everything was properly installed. They also cleaned around the faucet areas for me without asking and all the hard water stains are gone! Excellent service. Val has been doing work at our home for 20-30 years and always does great. I definitely give him 5 stars. Other plumbers have been to my house and have told me they couldn’t do anything about the problem or it was too old but Val always figures out a way to take care of the problem. There’s been three instances with my kitchen faucet and a big job in my basement that he was able to figure out how to deal with it when others in the past weren’t problem solvers. He’s also always so clean. I never have to go back and sweep or clean things after he leaves because he always leaves everything in order. The same pattern has repeated itself every time he’s been to our home. (See More)

He did an outstanding job as far as I can see and we were very pleased with the way he came in and how careful he was. We have white carpeted stairs that he had to walk back and forth often and he still made sure to put on shoe covers each time. He did a great job. Our water heater surprised us on Black Friday by starting to leak. From the office help line, dispatch to the service team, our experience was very, very positive as it always has been with BELO. ValN and Aaron were very courteous and considerate of our needs. We had expected to just be able to have a 40 gal water heater replacement, but they went above and beyond by verifying that they had a 50 gal tank in stock that they could install for us. My wife and I had Beloman Plumbing repair/replace almost our entire waste system, in our house. Val and Aaron, spent days in the crawl space, did a beautiful, professional job, and in spite of the crawl space's limited room, were always cheerful, courteous, and very professional. They worked from our bathroom, through the crawl space, connecting to the line in the backyard, running to the sewer in the street. They added a bi-directional clean-out, and in doing this job, had to temporarily move the air conditioner. In short, it was a lot of work, in less than desireable conditions, and they did a fantastic job. I will not hesitate to recommend Beloman to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC assistance. Val N has come to my house a couple of times - once to diagnose and repair a gas leak in my fireplace, and the second time to bail me out on a DYI project. He is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. He explains what he finds, and what the fix will be. My gas fireplace works great now, and after his most recent visit, I can use the master BR shower again. I couldn't be more pleased with Val's work. I also have to commend Mark M. He is extremely responsive and helpful when I call with a problem, and has come to my house himself to make sure he understands the problem (I don't speak plumbing) and that he sends the correct person out to fix it. I couldn't be more pleased with my service from Beloman as a company, and with Val and Mark. (See More)

Val & Colby came to do a major plumbing job, replacing an array of cracked and leaking outflow pipes, a leaking drain and an ancient sump pump, as well as snaking out a clogged sump line. Some of these problems became apparent only in the course of the work. The finished job looks great, everything works, and they left a clean basement work area behind. Val came out to look into a problem my tenant was having with poor hot water flow in the bathroom sink. After thoroughly checking out the supply lines to ensure there were not issues there, he found a small amount of debris had clogged the faucet itself. 10 minutes later it was cleaned out, hot water flow was restored and the tenant was happy.
