We have a yearly service agreement with Belo for furnace and air conditioning check-up, they do a great job servicing our HVAC system. The staff at Belo are very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions you may have. They are on time with their appointments and even call when they are on their way. Nick was a rockstar! He did a wonderful job and was very very nice. I have two spoiled dogs that he was patient with and made sure to show attention to them and pet them. He even took the time to explain something silly that I forgot how to do with the furnace and air conditioner. I’ve been with Belo for several years now and have had several different men to my house for service and I have not had one problem with any of them. I have been dealing with Beloman for many years and will continue for many more. The reason for this is mainly the employees. Nick K. has ben servicing my heater and air conditioner for many years. I have the upmost confidence in him in his knowledge of my appliances. He is very trustworthy and I don't feel like I have to follow him around my house when he comes in. He knows my units and where they are located. He is friendly, courteous, always makes sure he is careful and cleans up when he is done. I would give the highest recommendation to him and Beloman.

You can tell that he loves what he does and doesn’t work just for a paycheck. He’s knowledgeable and explains everything so clearly. He has great expertise and awesome people skills. He does a great job with our son who has muscular dystrophy and makes it a point to make him feel special. Nick is always prompt and kind. Usually you dread when a serviceman visits your home but we look forward to Nick visiting our home because he always lifts our spirits. Nick K. provided the winterization service to our HVAC systems today. One of the primary reasons I selected BELO to replace our 18 year old systems last year was because of the simple fact that Nick K. had moved from Spengler to BELO. I have implicit trust in Nick and his technical expertise on HVAC systems beyond all others in my home ownership experience. He is simply the best. If you aren’t using BELO, you are making a mistake. They made repairs to our hot water heater last week in record time and saved us nearly $800 in parts cost on a six year old unit. My furnace stopped working at 10:30pm when it was below freezing outside. After calling Beloman, Mark G. returned my call very quickly and helped me trouble shoot what might be wrong over the phone. When we couldn't get the furnace started he had a Beloman representative call me the next morning and schedule Nick K. to come out. Mark G even followed up the next morning to check on everything. Nick K. was able to solve the problem order a new part and did the repair the next day. The responsiveness of Beloman and professionalism of Nick K. were amazing. I love working with Beloman. Nick is always so pleasant. I never have to worry when he is here. Usually when I have service people walking around the house, I follow them and watch what they are doing. I do not need to do that with Nick. I feel comfortable that he is honest and trustworthy. After Nick left his previous employer, it was a blessing for me to have been able to locate Nick upon his arrival at Beloman. Anytime that I have either a heating issue or an A/C issue, Nick is the "Beloman" that I go to. He visits me twice a year - once in the fall for heating and once in the spring for A/C. Nick came for my Furnace check up today - I always ask for Nick! He cleaned out my induction motor so well that I don't think it's been that quiet in all the years I've had that unit! I told him I'll see him in the spring for my AC check up! The office staff is also very helpful. Having an air conditioner break is never fun: it's a substantial unexpected expense and usually comes at a time where the need for cooling and humidity reduction is the greatest. Also, it's a substantial expense! That said, what should a person expect? If a repair job by a handyman is selected, then one gets what one pays for. If a person opts in favor of an established company selling quality products, the expectation it that a job should be done professionally and in a reasonable time-frame, and that the customer should feel good about both the hardware quality and workmanship. Describing the expectation is important because BELOMAN exceeded it in almost every regard. 1) They use Carrier systems, which was the brand of condenser I replaced. Not only are the new units much nicer (despite not being top-of-the-line or anything fancy), but the coil inside my house is MUCH nicer. The original home manufacturer used a generic coil on the inside, which is the only kind i'd ever seen, so the complete Carrier system was nicer than my expectations. 2) When they arrived to do the install, there were two complications: that the unit wouldn't fit on the house-bracket (so it needed the ground plate) and that the nice inside coil was a bit wider and needed custom transitions to fit properly. No problem for BELOMAN! They had the common base on-hand, and metal workers took measurements, coming back from their shop with perfectly sized adapters to complete the professional installation. 3) My home has two furnaces, so I was quoted two days to complete the installation (two A/Cs onto existing furnaces). Additionally, I was informed that the personnel could not complete the outdoor soldering and electrical work if there were thunderstorms. Knowing that storms were predicted for the second installation day, two extra people arrived in the morning to accelerate the installation! This all-hands-on-deck approach (including someone who I overheard mentioning that he could only help for an hour before he had to be at another appointment) was truly exceptional. I'm sure don't always have capacity to do that, but to know that they will when they can. 4) As my air conditioning was failing, I had researched many methods to try and keep my house cooler. This left me with several questions about how best to use the new system moving forward. They took ample time to answer them and look at various ducts about which I had questions. They did not, at any point, seem rushed or bothered by taking the time to help me. In addition, they provided thoughtful responses that made me appreciate their time and knowledge (and they still finished ahead of schedule)! 5) The person who came to the house also did a great job listening to my needs and designing a solution that would accommodate. 6) On top of all this, they were genuinely nice people. They were mindful of my dog when coming in and out of the house (petting him even), and even asked about the project I was working on in my garage. Together, all this made me feel that the whole team really was invested in me, my home, and of course my air conditioning. I don't know if there's anything else they could have done to make the experience more enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job, done right, the first time, by great professionals. (See More)

Great service provided on a Friday evening. The first really hot day of summer and our air went out. Nick came out at 8:30 after a 6:00pm call.
He and the team were able to find the part we needed and come back Saturday by 12:30 to get us up and cooling down. In addition he assisted me in setting up a semi-annual plan to save us for the future. (See More)

The company I was contracted with was not able to keep the heat working and I had many cold hours w/o heat. I must ad that I am elderly, frail and used a cane.
