After 3 visits, Jim came the 3rd time & really analyzed the situation and came up with a solution from the 1st guy who came twice and I feel he broke a part & tried to fix with caulk and actually talked over & beyond of what I needed to know, adding time to cause the charge to be a bit higher. The owner did the right thing and paid for the part they had to replace because of repairman 1. And Jim researched and found a recall & fixed that issue also which could’ve been the issue in the first place. So I give Jim 5 stars But because of the overall service I’m only giving a 4 on this review. (See More)

I woke up to 5" of snow and a furnace not working. I did what I could, checking batteries in thermostat, circuit breaker, etc. I called BELOMAN because my previous repair man retired and recommended them. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that a service tech. could be here within 3 hours. Jim was my tech. He is VERY professional and knew exactly what needed to be done and had everything in his truck that he needed to get my furnace going. My black labs enjoyed him too. Thank you Jim. (See More)

Beloman was able to come out within a few days of calling. Our boiler was winterized, Jim F. stayed late on a Friday to get it running. After needing a part, he came out to finish a few days later and stayed late again. Very happy with our service and with Jim F. He was very professional and friendly and made a point to explain all of the work he did. Our system runs great now and just in time for winter. (See More)

Great company, great service, and the best techs in the area. We have used Bell-O for over 20 years. No problems. Had latest PM done (there twice a year inspection set up is the best) and told service man that the AC didn't work. After checking out system gave us the bad news, compressor dead. Jerry came out and gave us our options, we decided to replace and set up time. Andy and Jim Came on time, put down clothes to protect our floors and then removed old unit and put in a new unit. Plus answered all of our questions. The old unit was put in by Bell-O 21 years ago. Not bad for an unit that only is expected to last 15 years. (See More)

Called Beloman on a very cold morning when our furnace would not work properly. I placed the call at 8:10 a.m. and the technician arrived withing 35 minutes. Jim F. serviced our furnace, found the problem and cleaned everything. Happy to report everything working great. Would recommend BELOMAN to anyone looking for HVAC problems. (See More)

My furnace recently went out, I woke to the house in the low 50's and with the temp outside only in the teens, it was quite cold. Belo came (calling me first with a time which was great) and Jim F. came. He was very professional and covered his shoes to insure he did no damage to the floors. Once we got into the furnace room, Jim went to take the cover off and the stupid furnace came on. I laughed and said he must have the magic touch. He did not leave but instead started checking the furnace to make sure it was in good order. Eventually, he discovered a pressure switch was causing the problem. He had someone deliver the part and made sure all was well! Jim ROCKS!!! Thank you Jim F. and Belo!!! (See More)

Called about 4:30pm after severe storm knocked out central AC. Unit was running by 6:15pm,. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and responsive. Most impressed with Jim F who is the person that got my unit running again. When your AC goes out on a hot humid summer evening, nice to know there is a company like Beloman with employees that exhibit a high degree of professionalism and competance. Kudos to Jim F. on the fantastic HVAC service he has provided for us for a number of years. We're moving and are thankful we will be able to continue with Jim as our service provider. I have used the services of Bel-O for a number of years, ever since my previous provider went out of business. All the technicians have given consistently good service, whether for plumbing, or servicing my heating and cooling systems. I have been able to reach the office easily whenever I need service done. And the office manager calls to remind me when the twice yearly heating/cooling services are to be done, and again when the technician is on the way. Jim F. was the last service man to come to my house, to check and clean my air conditioning system. He was prompt, friendly and courteous, and did his work quickly and efficiently. All the office personnel and technicians are very professional and competent, and I will continue to call this company whenever I need services in the future. (See More)
