I wanted to pass along my comments about my Bel-O service appointment from yesterday. Dustin provides Bel-O customers with the example of quality and professional service and work ethics. He arrived on time as promised, was polite and professional and went straight to work ensuring our HVAC system was ready for winter. Dustin explained what he was going to do, did it and then gave me a recap of what he did, found and corrected. I highly recommend that Bel-O recognizes Dustin with a performance award, bonus or something that ensures Dustin continues to be happy in doing a great job so that Bel-O keeps such an outstanding technician. I also want to commend you both for being flexible and accommodating of my needs in rescheduling and ensuring that I'm kept aware of everything related to my service since I became a Bel-O customer. Had my heating system Fall tune-up this week. Our HVAC Tech for the past 3 years or so, Josh Agne was no longer w/Beloman, so we had our first visit from Dustin. Dustin quickly eased my concerns with a new tech. Absolutely LOVED Josh, had no reason to expect anything less than a positive experience w/Dustin. He arrived during his scheduled window. Was very friendly, personable and finished the inspection/tune-up of our new (2017) furnace within 30 minutes or so. He also took the time to explain and talk to me about the possible effects two air exchange vents (high and low) and resulting dust/lint collection could have on the furnace/blower and water heater located in the utility closet. Our washer/dryer combination sits on the other side of the wall from the utility closet. I had never been told that. I thanled Dustin for bringing that to my attention. Great, prompt service when our air conditioner went out. They saved us lots of money by offering a more affordable solution of just replacing the outdoor unit. Another company that gave an estimate wanted to replace outside and inside, which would have been twice as expensive!! Your office staff needs to coordinate their operation, don't overlap their work...scheduling, updateing the client on the progress of the serviceman, & sending out email notifications of job scheduling 12 - 24 hours ahead of the arrival of the serviceman, & 8 - 12 hour for email electronic posting of the completed receipt. Maybe your office needs an electronic (computer) program to track the progress of the clients job, similar to the old manual status board & grease pencil/crayon... eg: job scheduled & client notified, notify client about estimated arrival, servicemans job completion/or backordering of parts for completion, & completion of the receipt & email/u.s.mailing of that receipt.

Dustin was delayed arriving at our home due to his company truck breaking down. Upon arriving he began performing the necessary inspection. He cleaned the furnace & replaced the air filter & the humidifier filter. He cleaned & inspected the operation of the furnace, & then picked up his tools & proceeded to fill out the paperwork. He asked if I had received an email listing his work team. I had not seen it before he arrived. Later I did find an email from Belo listing him as the tech who would be coming. The posting time on the email was at the same time that he was scheduled to be. If he was scheduled to service my furnace by the close of business hours the day before, that email should've been dispatched that evening, & I would have found it before his arrival the next day. His work was very satisfactory, in fact he was able to give me an explanation as to why the humidifier was producing a dusty powder on the furnace... interesting. (See More)

I've always had good experience with Belo. However, I have routine maintenance done on my A/C unit every year, and from what I have read online, companies should be placing something down the drain to keep it cleared out. I had maintenance mid-August, then had to pay for a service call mid-September because the A/C drain line was clogged. I've never been given advice to put anything down it, either. Seems to me, I shouldn't have had to pay for a svc call so soon after they were at my residence. (See More)

Great service provided on a Friday evening. The first really hot day of summer and our air went out. Nick came out at 8:30 after a 6:00pm call.
He and the team were able to find the part we needed and come back Saturday by 12:30 to get us up and cooling down. In addition he assisted me in setting up a semi-annual plan to save us for the future.
Update - I had Belo out again on 7/15 to do the Summer maintenance check and system check for the air conditioner. Dustin was very kind and full of information for me. He was prompt and took his time taking care of my unit. I am very happy to be doing business with BELO (See More)
