Nick was very thorough and not in a rush to get the job done and run. He checked things thoroughly inside and out. He actually took the top off the outside unit and cleaned it from the inside out. No one had ever done that before.
However that evening we noticed the unit was not running. He came back out the next day and assessed a short in the wiring between the furnace and the outside unit . He replaced the wiring and the fuse also, a minor item but he was being proactive to avoid another service call down the road. He was apologetic that the problem couldn't have occurred while he was here the first day and could have saved another service call.
