These people were a pleasure to work with! From the point where Benji came out and explained their philosophy of being our comfort specialist all the way through working with Chris, Dana and several others (I apologize for not having all their names), we couldn't have been more happy with the results. Their level of professionalism, attentiveness and perseverance is truly remarkable. From the start, they knew they had their work cut out for them, but their attitude was always upbeat and pleasant. It seems so rare anymore to find a company that lives up to their promises while at the same time, making you glad you chose them to do the work. The entire crew has our thanks and our gratitude for doing such a wonderful job. And, the Carrier system they installed is fantastic. It's turned our house into one big comfort zone instead of having some rooms hot and others cold. If you are in the market for a company that is reliable, shows up when they say they will and has a superior product, Atchley Air is your choice. Today, June 6th, Alejandro Marquez, arrived on this hot Saturday to service and bring back to life our A.C., which failed yesterday evening.
I was most impressed by how attentively he listened to us, and addressed every concern we had - freely answering questions, and telling us exactly what he was to look for to correct the situation. The guys on the Installation crew were all very professional, courteous and worked in an impressively fast manner. This was my second service call with Dana, Based on my very good first experience when he serviced my furnace a few months ago, I purchased a preventive maintenance contract with Atchley. We had been using another big name HVAC company for our heat pump tune-ups, and often problems arose after their service. Since we have a home warranty, we would contact the warranty company for repairs, and last Fall they dispatched Atchley Air. The technician was super-knowledgeable and friendly and found the problems quickly - some wires not reconnected after the previous tuneup. This Spring when it came time to do our tune-ups, I contacted Atchley first. Caitlyn was prompt to respond and get us setup with an appointment. We appreciated their CoVID-19 protocol and when the technicians arrived we all wore gloves and masks. They spent considerably more time performing the tune-ups and cleaning than the previous company we used, and we felt they did a more thorough job. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. I had this company install a u/v system as well as a electronic filter system on my furnace.The air in my home has improved and i am very impressed with the people who installed the system and the office staff.I will recommend this company to family and friends.This is my second review of Atchley Air.Yesterday i had a new furnace installed in my home.Both techs Chris and Dallas got to work and installed my furnace a very professional job.What was really great was that they cleaned up before leaving.A lot of companies leave a mess,So Atchley Air may not be the least expensive HVAC company however they do the job right. I just had my 30 year old Carrier heat pump replaced. The total process was a very pleasant experience. The lady that took my initial call was very friendly and helpful. I received an email notifying me that Benji would be coming to do the estimate and even had his picture. He arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional while here. On the day of the install the team arrived on time. They were Jason ****, Blayne ********** and Andrew ********. They were very organized and efficient as the removed the old heat pump and air handler. They did a very neat install both inside and outside. They also cleaned all the duct work. They took extra pains to clean up all the mess everywhere. They completed all the work in one day as promised and we are very pleased with our new Infinity system.
