Michael was the most knowledgeable, friendly & thoughtful tech we have ever experienced in any company. He completely went thru our whole system & explained everything he did & why completely. One of our kids thought it would be a fun idea to remove a duct cover and one of our cats crawled in. Michael from All Star Heating came over within half an hour and was super helpful helping getting the cat out. Add this to the other positive experiences with All Star! (See More)

Michael B****** tech. Called in advance as asked when in there way. Showed up at the time they stated. Did a very through job and after went over all the work that was performed. All Star has serviced our HVAC since 2009 when we moved down here from Whidbey Island to Providence Point. We have always received professional, knowledgeable work from each technician who has come. Michael Bucklin is very helpful answering questions and explaining work done. That certainly gives some confidence and peace of mind to me knowing that he is "on the job". (See More)

I have never been impressed by any member of the HVAC industry but today, Michael B. Of All Star Heating & Air managed to impress me. He was punctual, arriving at the promised time. He was very polite. The job involved draining the water tank. He took the trouble to drain the water as far away as possible from the house so as not to have mud near the home. Needless to say, his technical skill was top-notched. If you have HVAC needs, you won’t go wrong going with All Star and Michael B. Michael B. is a top notch AC technician. He was able to find a refrigerant leak quickly that the prior techs failed to find. He repaired the bad solder joint and recharged the system. It is working fine now. I highly recommend him and will ask for him next time I need service. (See More)

I had nothing but excellent service from both the office as well as the technician, Michael B that came out to service my unit. He was extremely informative and very thorough checking my AC for leaks. There were none. However, I needed the freon pipe moved out of the way to put a stacker washer/dryer unit beside the air conditioner unit. I could not have been more pleased and highly recommend this company for their honesty and wonderful service. No pressure on selling me parts. (See More)

I am an All Star customer dating back to 2006, primarily for preventive maintenance on my Rheem gas furnace. Service is always reliable and fast. The technicians are well trained, and clearly communicate any issues and options they discover. Michael B. visited our home to address an issue we were having with our HVAC and humidifier. The electronics in the system were not communicating with each other and the humidifier was not operating as designed. Michael checked, rechecked, and then triple check to be sure that the system was coordinating as far as each component working as it should. Have been a client of All Star Heating and Air for quite a few years and they have always been super dependable and responsive. Just this last weekend our clinic heating system crashed. Michael B. got back to me in under an hour on a Saturday, met me at the office a couple of hours later, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and got the system up and running in about 40 minutes. Again, this was on a Saturday! Couldn't ask for better service. (See More)

I was very happy with the service I received from this company. I use them for my routine HVAC services twice a year and have a contract with them. I had them come out because I encountered a huge puddle of water at the base of our furnace and was concerned that the condensate was not draining properly. Michael B. came out and without even taking any panels off, although he did later, knew that the furnace was not a condensing one. He has a lot of experience and zeroed in on the problem very quickly. I was grateful for his knowledge of the situation and Michael B. was professional, courteous and most importantly made me feel confident in his abilities to troubleshoot what was going on and offer recommendations on how to solve the problem. All Star Heating and Air installed our furnace and air cleaner years ago and they have been servicing the units for the past couple of years. Their technicians are always polite and professional. In addition, they are one of the few companies that are still familiar with Trane furnaces and air cleaners. We have had several companies not know how to clean the special cells of the air cleaner and we have had to tell them how to do it. All Star knows these systems, as well as others. Michael B. was the most recent technician to come service our furnace and he was great - easy to work with, called before coming, and professional. (See More)

Just moved in a new house and had the contractor try to locate heating issues with the house. 2'xs they came and told me "nothing was wrong". All Star came diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue. Michael B was excellent and answered all our questions. We've used All Star for over 15 years and won't use another company. Woke up Sunday to a non-working furnace. Called the after hours number and spoke to Robert who helped me troubleshoot and said they don't have any emergency appointments available until Tuesday. Called Monday morning and got an appointment for Tuesday. Michael came out, troubleshot the problem, had the parts available and got the furnace working again. A $700 solution!!!! I called All Star after another company got my furnace working, but told me I needed a new one and recommended I purchase one of two recommended furnaces from them (a brand I never had heard of and is not recommended on any lists on the internet). My furnace is not that old. All Star sent out a rep right away (and on a Saturday) to take a look and give me a recommendation. They then sent a tech out that week who also evaluated the furnace and agreed with his colleague that I did not need a new furnace. He also installed my nest thermostat. Michael B. was very professional and I appreciated his help and expertise. I also appreciate that All Star did not try to sell me something I didn't need and gave me what I felt to be an honest assessment. (See More)

Michael B. was great fixing my furnace. My initial call was because the fan was not turning and Michael brought a new motor with him to the service. Michael didn't just start replacing the fan motor but diagnosed the problem and the proposed a solution. The fan motor did need replace and the burners cleaned. Thanks. (See More)

I called them up in the morning to have someone come over and take a look at my heating system (which stopped working) and they were prompt in their responses and gave me a two hours time window (and not a 4 hours time window). Michael B showed during the time frame and told me about a notice that was on my front door from PSE about them shutting off my meter due to some maintenance and expected me to call them back before they can restart the meter. So, it turned out to be not an issue with the heating system. Michael's behavior and professionalism was amazing...I was willing to pay All Star's standard investigation fee, but Michael immediately told me to not worry about it. He indicated that customer service is his utmost priority and will not take the fee without rendering any service (even if he showed up at my door steps for it). Thank you, Michael. It's good to see someone in a service industry with a true sense of customer care. I appreciate it. (See More)

Arrived on time, with advance call that they were on their way. Covered their shoes so they wouldn't dirty our carpet. Introduced themselves. Got quickly to diagnosing the problem. Connected, configured, and tested all functions of my new thermostat. Answered all questions, from experience. Good natured. Reasonably priced. Good people! Highly recommend. (See More)

Heater would not fire up. All Star was out the next afternoon in the window as quoted. Michael did a quick check, and heater fired right up. Stayed for about 15 minutes to be sure the heater would fire up after being turned off. Super nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely use All Star for all future heating needs. (See More)

We selected All Star to install a new Trane furnace last year after our Bryant furnace died prematurely. Everyone we dealt with at All Star was friendly, helpful and professional. The install went as advertised and the furnace works great. We just had All Star back out to perform annual maintenance. Michael B was on time, courteous, and efficient. Michael responded on the same day our furnace stopped operating. He diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly, and we had our heat back on (and he explained things in lay terms). He also double checked a number of other furnace functions to make sure all was well with our unit. We are now ready for winter. Thanks! Our furnace had problem, I called All Star at 9:30am, operator Kim was very friendly and promised they will send someone the same day afternoon. Michael B arrived our house at 1:30pm, he was awesome! He found the problem with no time. He was very polite and professional, explained what was wrong and gave us very clear and reasonable invoice.
