I would not recommend this company to do HVAC Maintenance. It took several months to get scheduled to do a simple furnace general maintenance. The tech complained that he did not want to go into the crawl space to service our system and did not change the air filter because he did not have the right type in his van. I would rate the service and very poor. (See More)

Had gas piping run and install of tankless gas water heater as well as outlet for later installation of a gas fireplace. Matt was very helpful in getting me informed on the best placement and product and helped explain the process. The installers, John and Jye were extremely helpful. Even though it was 95 degrees outside (much worse in the attic where the tankless was going) they were cheerful, knowledgeable, made a great team and worked very hard every day. Great guys who made the install a pleasure and much easier than many other construction projects we've had in the past. Thanks guys - you have a very happy customer! :) (See More)

We have used All Star for upkeep for probably a decade and chose them when it came time to replace the old furnace. They don't really advertise it but they sell water heaters too so we swapped that out at the same time since it was on it's last legs. Awesome installers Eddie and Aaron braved icy road conditions to make sure our install happened during the second day of the great Snowpocalypse of 2019. They worked quickly and did a thorough job. All Star Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job on a furnace and AC replacement. They were very professional, from the estimate to the installation. Matthew Z. was very helpful with the estimate and set-up, John & Jai did a phenomenal job on the installation, and Bryce and Cameron did a very thorough job on the vent cleaning. All Start Heating and Air installed a new Trane furnace for us last year. We've been very satisfied with both their service and pricing, and the furnace. Today they came out for our first maintenance service. The tech they sent, Joe M., was great! He arrived promptly and cleaned the burners and ignition, replaced the filter, and performed a fail safe check to ensure everything was functioning properly. I couldn't be happier with everyone I've been in contact with at All Star. They provide great service at reasonable prices and are friendly and professional. (See More)

I made a call on Friday AM hoping to get service that day. All Star went out of their way to arrange same day scheduling and Joe M showed up right when they said he would. Great people to work with, my appointment with All Star Heating started with sales Rep Brent, this went very smooth, he is friendly & knowledgeable. I explain what I was looking for(heat pump & furnace), Brent checked the home/old furnace & went into crawl space to look at duct work to get an idea what would work best for me, did not try to up sell me anything i didn't need.
The Install crew (Eddie & Cary) was awesome also friendly and very knowledgeable, they kept everything neat & clean and explain what they were doing if I had a question. The duct cleaning guy Matt did an exceptional job of explaining what he was doing and like the install crew keep everything neat & clean.
sorry long winded but well deserve for this company of people, don't want to leave anyone out
The Tech Robert also came by to calibrate my unit also did a nice job explaining what he was doing.

I was very impressed! Even though they had been slammed with customers in the cold weather shift and they could not get the new part in for two days, they still came out within a few hours of the phone call to do a temporary fix of the problem. This would give the house hot water until the replacement came in. Dave J. was very professional, friendly, and prompt. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The temporary fix was done quickly. Daniel and his team did an amazing job installing my new variable speed furnaces today. I could instantly tell from the moment All Star arrivied at my home I had made the right choice by picking them above other heating companies. Daniel was very accommodating answering all my questions even when working hard to get the job completed. Both James and lonnie were also very polite and were a pleasure to have in my home. In all, All Star went well above my expectations and im excited to have them come back to my home and fix a few other items with my AC that Daniel noticed when doing a thorough walk through and explanation of the install. There was no ( we will be there between this time and this time) they will give you a appointment time and will be there when they say they will. Patrick explained everything very well and did not rush the appointment took the time needed. They were able to schedule the install for a Saturday and even scheduled the inspect for me.
