I have used AirNow Services twice in the past year. My original AC installation company went out of business, but not before they sold me on a low quality system. AirNow has been able to troubleshoot the issues that have arisen with my system even when other AC companies could not find out what was wrong. All repairs have been preformed promptly. The owner of AirNow, Charles, came out and identified a Freon leak in our system. A quote was given for the work to be performed and Ian, his son, arrived with a co-worker to do the installation of a new evaporator coil. They were professional, courteous and careful to protect our floors and property. Two weeks later, Ian returned and checked their work to ensure everything was up to their standards, and that we were nothing less than completely satisfied. A really nice touch from a family owned business. I would definitely recommend their services for any HVAC issues anyone may have. Thank you AirNow Services for your professionalism and courtesy. They went over and above to keep the house clean as they demoed the old equipment and deployed the new. I highly recommend AirNow Services. My first experience was in early June 2018 at 11pm when Charles actually answered the phone when I called about an issue! Fast forward to August 2018 and a system replacement was required. The old one had had enough and most of it was original to the house (1995, 23yo) anyway. New system was installed (Carrier VS19) and it's is amazing! The install team was very professional; arrived as scheduled, explained everything they would be doing, laid protective pads on floor, installed the system, cleaned flooring and gave tutorial. They even gave minor updates along the way. Additionally, Charles came over a few weeks later to do a QC check on the system and walk me thru any questions I may have. I am pretty sure that is not the norm these days. Usually it's get your money as fast as possible and you better hope for the best. They are always thorough, they stand behind everything they do and are excellent at Customer Service. FYI - They even go as far as registering your new system with Carrier themselves to enhance the factory warranty to 10 years. Though something very simple, that is typically left to the consumer and it is easily missed, costing you 5 years on the equipment warranty.

Very satisfied with the team at AirNow. They are now my go to folks for HVAC services. They replaced my upstairs AC units (both outside compressor and inside coil). The installation team of Edgar and Eduardo were very professional, courteous, and considerate of our home. They put down floor protecting clothes before any installation work. They worked hard, explained what they would be doing and gave an estimate of how long the installation process would take and answered all questions. The Installation Manager, Mike, came by during the install for a spot inspection. Charlie, the overall Manager, who also came out for the initial call was very professional and provided his expert opinion on the opinions available without trying to upsell. After the install he came back a few days later to make sure every thing was done properly and no minor leaks had developed. The QC was a very thorough process. The front office lady, Tracy, was very professional throughout the scheduling process. On the day of the install, she called to let us know the installation team was on the way and to ensure it was still a good time for the install. I would and have since recommended AirNow to friends. Sunday Morning we woke up to a very warm upstairs. I tried my regular AC guy and left 2 VM with no response for roughly 2 hours so I figured they were closed on Sundays. I looked at several reviews about AirNow and they appeared to be a responsive and reputable company. I called and Charles answered the phone, asked me a few questions and said he would be there around 4:00. Sure enough he was and diagnosed that one of my fan motors was the problem. He didn't have one in his van so he drove back to the shop to get one and returned with the new motor. Within 20 minutes we had our AC back up and running. Issues with A/C upon returning to town after a short trip. Sunday night A/c was not working as it should. Called and Erica came out to check on the system. It was frozen due to an apparent leak in the A coil. We turned the system off so it could thaw and she returned the following day to confirm that the A coil was the issue. It was and an order was placed for a replacement part. She tried checked to see if it was still under warranty, unfortunately it was not. She added sufficient coolant to the unit so it would hopefully function until the replacement could be installed at the end of the week. I called in the afternoon to schedule a service call to validate concerns arising from a home inspection on a home I am selling. I spoke with Tracy who was exceedingly nice and very helpful. When she told me the earliest appointment available was the following day, I simply responded with I was home today, and before I could continue to offer an alternative, she fit me in for a same day appointment. The experience only got better from there, as Eric arrived at my house in around an hour after the phone call. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and after his inspection he did a thorough job of explaining his findings. In my case, there were no needed repairs, but I happily paid the trip charge because they exceeded my expectations in every way.
