I had a new Lennox furnace and central A/C installed by Air Flex Heating and Cooling Ltd back in late August 2019. I waited this long to write a review because I wanted to provide an accurate and true account of my experience with Air Flex Heating and Cooling Ltd.
Lindon and his team were very professional, punctual and answered my questions with total transparency. If something couldn’t be done or installed in a certain way, Lindon would take the time to explain and show me why it couldn’t be done that way because of the way my older house is built.
Lindon would cut through the ceiling and walls to feed the pipes and tubes through to the outside and he did it in a way that it looked like part of the finished basement. He did an awesome job. I was very happy with his workmanship.
I bought my semi-detached house a few years ago and it didn’t have central A/C (I was using room window air conditioners to keep cool in the summer). Also, my house had a very old Lennox furnace installed 25 years ago.
I knew it was time to replace my Lennox furnace when I heard a grinding noise and it was pumping out soot particles.
I decided to stick with the Lennox brand because I knew it was a reliable brand with the except of doing a regular annual maintenance.
Before hiring Air Flex Heating and Cooling Ltd to install my new Lennox furnace and central A/C, I did my homework and called 3 other companies to provide me with a quote because this was going to be a huge undertaking and costly due to my finished basement.
All 3 quotes came back with a relatively similar pricing but I decided to proceed with Air Flex Heating and Cooling because out of the 3 companies that came to my house to give me a quote, Lindon was the only one who put me at ease and explained how he was going to do the install in great detail.
It’s been 4 ½ months since the installation and I couldn’t be happier.

Im in the home building business and have good knowledge of many trades, including HVAC. I have used Lindon to service my rental properties and install new systems. I was specially impressed by the courtesy and professional attitude of Ms. Joan M.; I believe that she's the manageress. She assisted me with my choice of the AC unit; she also helped me by submitting the papers required to register my purchase to validate my warranty.
It might be mentioned that at the time, we had had a death in the family, and dealing with a knowledgeable and courteous person was indeed a pleasure.
The installation of the unit was also done by knowledgeable persons. They went about their work quietly and efficiently.

Our boiler of 20 years suddenly gave up one day in the middle of winter, so we decided to do a complete overhaul. We probably brought in two dozen different contractors, and had a price range going from 4-5 digits for a complete hvac system replacement. We had worked with Air Flex before, and ultimately went back to them for the job. Although they weren't the rock bottom price, they provided the most competitive quote for the appliances they were suggesting for our home. Our home is rather small, and we're very limited in space, and they went above and beyond in making sure they were able to reduce the footprint of the new system as much as they could without violating any code regulations (something, by the way, which some of the other HVAC installers we called never mentioned or even considered when explaining possible layouts). They were in and out in about 8 hours, starting with gutting our entire existing system, installing the new items, cleaning up and removing the old appliances and debris, and ensuring that everything was working to spec. Air flex was close to my house. I dealt with the owner years before with my old furnace and was satisfied with his help. My neighbour had an air condition installed a few years ago and was happy with their service. So I didn't shop around I knew they were the people I wanted to deal with. I was happily surprised at the price quoted and for the quality of Lennox products I bought. From the initial contact to the installation everything was totally excellent. My wife and I would like to express how pleased we are with the service and quality of workmanship we have received from Air Flex Heating and Cooling Ltd. In March 2014, our 26 year old rental hot water tank burst flooding our laundry room. We decided to buy a new tank and also, the timing was right to consider replacing our 1988 Lennox Pulse furnace. We called Air Flex Heating and Cooling as it is located very close to our home. They had a representative at the house that same afternoon. Linden was very knowledgeable and informative which helped us in our decision making. We ordered a new Lennox high efficiency two-stage furnace, a Whole-Home Humidifier, a Healthy Climate Air Cleaner, and a Bradford hot water heater. The next day everything was installed and operational. The two technicians were excellent. They removed all the old parts from the basement and swept and washed the floors before bringing in the new equipment. The job was completed the same day including installing a new thermostat. When they left, there was no sign of dirt or debris. The work was very professionally done. The next day, Lindon came by to see if we were pleased with the installations and to answer any questions we may have had. From the very beginning... During our visit in the dealers office, they offered us detailed and exact information about the entire process (buying, installation and proper use of product). Excellent business acumen is visible with all of the employees of the company. We are glad that Air Flex were recommended to us by a family friend who has also used their services in the past. Lindon and his team arrived on time and went above and beyond by bringing the AC from a different warehouse to make sure the installation was done as promised. The furnace coil had a manufacturer defect, but based on their vast experience and knowledge, they noticed the issue right away and as a result Lindon brought a replacement.
