It is pretty much covered in the previous 7 questions. Rick was very friendly and courteous. He explained what could be wrong and our options and proceeded to do the job after that explained what he had done. this is the second time we have used Aiello and are very satisfied. (See More)

Christmas Day my fathers well tank explodes...Aiello Home Services responded in a flash...we made a plan and the next day Rick Q. did absolutely everything right...! May 16 & 18 .. My toilet was plugged up and Rick Q. came to fix it. He was very nice and very professional. Found out my fragrance for the toilet had fallen in and had to be rescued. While he was here told him about my slow running bathtub . . came today and put in new plumbing as the ball from my old open and shut fixture had rotted and fell into the pipe. Tub works great. Would suggest you go back to the way you handled your customers previously cause this new way sucks!! (See More)

We had a leak develop in a hot water line between floors on a Saturday. Being somewhat handy, I tore up the floor and sub-flooring and had the problem area fully exposed and ready to be worked on when the technician arrived. The repair literally consisted of replacing about 10" of fully exposed and accessible pipe.
The Good:
- Aiello was the only company who could come out and fix the problem that day.
- The technician, Rich Q. was very polite, friendly and did the repair in about a half an our.
- Rich called the office and was able to get the service call fee dropped to $49 (the weekday rate) for me.
The Bad:
-The technician referred to his pricing manual and showed me that the price to fix up to 2.5 feet of 3/4" copper pipe was $587.00! This would be on top of the $199, weekend service call fee. Again, being somewhat handy, I know that the cost of the parts for this job is less than $20 and is only a 1/2 of labor. At this rate, Aiello is charging $1,134 per hour for labor!
I understand that very often plumbers and electricians have to do additional work to gain access to the problem area and certainly that means more labor time. But this is not how Aiello works. They have no labor rate - only rates for specific types of work. This really is price gauging. I fully expected to pay a higher weekend service call fee, but the repair itself should have costed no more than $100 for parts and labor, not $587! (See More)

Richard Q. came to our home ********* to deal with an blocked septic drain. He was prompt, courteous and very efficient. And he found the blockage and improvised a means to clear it (a tree root penetrating the waste line). In talking with him I realized the problem was the flushing of kitchen toweling after cleaning pet waste, which could not break down when snagged on the root. Will dispose in the trash in the future. Rick Q. was confronted with an old and not so old bunch of plumbing pipes being merged together. Rick identified the problem and was able to fix it even though one of the pipes decided this would be a good time to pop open spewing remains from the kitchen sink in a wide arch. Rick was very thorough in his work keeping us informed at all times. When completed everything looked as good as new. (See More)

richard quesada arrived within about a half hour since he happened to be in the neighborhood. he was most friendly and courteous and diagnosed
the difficulty with my delta faucet and determined that i'd need a new faucet unit.
i am now evaluating a replacement unit and should decide by monday
and will contact aiello home services to see if it's possible to schedule
within richard's workload.
again, i was quite pleased with his manners and guidance.

I am very satisfied with the work that Rick Q. did at my home concerning the water leak that I had. Seeing the large increase in my water bill had me check out a possible cause and consequently, discovered a leak in the toilet tank. That was on a Friday. I was able to call Aiello and get an appointment that Saturday morning. Rick Q. called first as did his office, found the issue, gave me a quote for the toilet and in no time he had the leak fixed. He was extremely courteous and a pleasure to work with. In addition, he wore coverings for his shoes and left both bathrooms clean. It was a pleasure working with Aiello to fix the issue, and Rick is a great service technician to work with. I will definitely use them again. The leak is fixed and I am looking forward to a much lower water bill the next time around. (See More)

I had called on a weekend to schedule for an estimate on the exterior spigot on the house that was stripped and needed to be replaced/repaired. I was told that I would have a Plumber here between 12 and 4. Multiple times while scheduling, and then on the day-before-confrimation-call, I was asked if it was OK to come early, if the plumber were able to be here early. I agreed and stayed close to home by 11. Was a bit frustrated that it was after 3 when I finally got the call that Rick was on his way.
He was quick in identifying the issue and let me know what he needed to do on the exterior, as well as interior, to get me up and running.
He explained my options and was very professional. The whole process, once he was here, took about an hour.
I was very pleased with his work and pleasant demeanor.
We have used Aiello previously and are on the monthly contract with them and will continue to use them for our HVAC and plumbing needs! (See More)

Rick was extremely courteous and installed our Toto toilet (toilet was clogged)
in a relatively short amount of time on a Friday evening We have used electrical and plumbing services and the techs are respectful of our home by wearing protective covering over their shoes.
