I started working in May with Robert Bilodeau, Electrical Manager, on installing an automatic generator for my residence. He is the consummate professional in his trade. From the very beginning he took complete ownership of the project, assessing the size I needed, recommending a propane dealer and tank installer, and dealing with the various permits and inspections. On the day the electricians revamped my fuse boxes and exterior meter configuration, he was on site to make sure everything went smoothly. I never felt any pressure to sign a contract and he provided several options for consideration. He earned a five star rating from the Thompson family in Glastonbury, CT! I had some serious electricity issues on Saturday night, I called Aiello and they got right back to me. They said they would come right out if I needed them to, if not they would be out Monday morning. Bob from Aiello was at my house at 7am, it was -2 degrees and he went outside for over an hour at least and fixed the problem. Michael, Jeff, and Ross were each first rate and thoroughly professional. Michael did tge initial evaluation and estimate. He was very thorough and fully explained optionsand recimmendatiobs. Jeff was excellent, courteous, and neat throughout the furnace and AC i stallation. Ross and his associate spent several hours here on the home audit. Very thorough and courteous. I think that their work will result in significant energy savings overthe next few years. (See More)

we asked for a quote on a demand generator from an internet site. Aiello responded and scheduled a visit. Robert and Scott were on time courteous and efficient. Our situation was reviewed and understood and a quote provided expeditiously. We were impressed and pieased with their visit. Work done as promised. Since it was a rainy period and work was inside and outside, workers took care to keep floors clean by putting down pads or wore booties on shoes. Questions were answered and operation of the system was explained well. (See More)

Tim L, Mark M, Alex F, Robert B and Robert's assistant were all helpful and respectful. Work was done as scheduled and neatly. The persons took care to keep the house clean by wearing booties, and/or putting down pads on the walkways in the house. It was a rainy time period and they kept the house clean.
All trash was removed.
Work done as planned.

First, my tech was named Robert but he's not the one in this picture. Last name started with E.
Aiello charges too much. $49 just to have them ring the doorbell. Then I get quoted $357 to cut 2 pipes and cap the 4 ends. My choice: accept this outrageous quote or lose $49 and waste more time in a cold house with a flooded garage looking for a better deal. The job took the guy LESS THAN AN HOUR. $407 and change.
