the aiello techs provided a great home energy audit. tim took the time to go through all the audit steps he and jason were going to take to complete my audit. they completed a comprehensive list of checks, and spent almost 8 hours doing the audit. they did a lot of work including changing out bulbs to cfls, filling holes in the basement ceiling, sealing my duct work where patches had previously been incorrectly sealed by another contractor, sealing vent pipe leaks and filling in holes under the sinks where warm air could be leaking. tim and jason were professional and thorough, and left the house clean. the relatively small fee paid for the home audit was well worth the service and useful information i received from the process. Tim and Jesse were great. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were able to save me about $700/year in reduced energy costs after their energy audit, which cost me only $100. They also gave me advice on how I can get additional savings through home improvements, and gave me information on the rebates provided by the state. We had 2 separate visits from Aiello recently. One was for the check up on our central air conditioner by Shawn F. The other was for the energy survey by Timothy Fabuien. They were both very professional and informative. Their attitude was most gracious ,informative and made us feel very comfortable in our dealings with them both. Recently we had Rocco install a new water heater, and we were very pleased with him in every aspect. He left the site clean and he was so quiet when working. He certainly is an asset to Aiello. Thank you.

Our evaluation concerned the work of Tim Fabuien and Jason who were here all day Thursday, March 28th and did a home energy audit. The long and short of the evaluation is that they were excellent in every way. We were completely satisfied and very impressed. To be specific, we think Tim was courteous, deliberate, very respectful of us and our home, an excellent organizer, supervisor and worker, knowledgeable, responsive to all our questions and patient and clear with all his explanations of what they found and had done.
