Bill Lusty, HVAC Technician, showed up promptly, wasted no time getting to the faulty capacitor on our A/C assembly that was not working. He replaced the inoperative part, checked out the system operation and provided a good explanation of the benefits of our joining Aiello's "Partnership" maintenance plan. I had issues with my AC right in the middle of heat wave. Called Aiello, they offered the the earliest appointment. Bill L was the service technician - he arrived within the time window promised. He had quick conversation to understand the issue, looked at our HVAC system and quickly replaced the part needed. He also did other checks to make sure that our HVAC system was doing fine. All throughout he encouraged me to watch and ask questions. He gave us lots of good advice going forward on maintenance and upkeep. He also shared with us Service Partner program and its benefit. We needed to have our furnace repaired and had this work done by Bill L**** from Aiello. Bill was very nice and verbally explained and showed us everything that was wrong and described in detail exactly what he was going to fix. You know, this is a hard company to review. On the plus side, they are always available by phone. They do high quality work and have excellent havoc techs, plumbers, etc. On the bad side, their pricing is criminal! Just had Bill Lusty come out to inspect my gas-fired furnace (installed by Aiello) and he was great, but according to company policy informed me that optional work could be done for the tune of approximately $1,000, even though everything was working. I have complained to Aiello, directly, many times, but they just don't seem to get. They are like a bad car dealership. I believe in maintenance, my last car was 15 years old and spotless, so I gave it to my sister. I understand that labor-intensive projects are expensive, but Aiello wants to rip you off. How else can I state it. Lower your prices and be more fair. I realize you employ a lot of people and have many trucks etc. , but you can make a FAIR profit with ripping people off and that is what I constantly battle with you. The furnace was dying and I knew it. Having received a mailing for Aiello Home Services, I decided to check them out. The technicians, Aaron J and Bill L were friendly, explained what they were doing and why in layman's terms. and were very professional. They talked to the gas company for me and waited for the gas tech to show up. Never before have I had such great customer service, and I'm a POTENTIAL new customer at this point. Eventually, I met with Tim L who explained my options and price ranges. I felt no pressure to purchase equipment from them. However, I did feel like my situation mattered to them and that they were not trying to "pull a fast one" . This is a tough situation for me yet I feel like I am in good hands. (See More)

I am writing to praise the work done at our house last week. Our service technician William, arrived as scheduled, explained what was to be done, and did it perfectly. He was installing a wireless thermostat and ran into a two-hour complication, due to our house being mis-wired. Instead of making it my problem, he spent time looking up diagrams on line, and making calls to others who also had expertise. When done, even though running way behind his schedule for the day, he took the time to fully explain the system to me, and demonstrated he understood our specific goals with the device. He was respectful of the condition of the house, as well as those who were coming and going. We couldn't be happier and are considering his company for future work. (See More)

The 2 service reps, Bill L and Steve S., who came to perform maintenance on my unit were very professional, courteous and clean. They wore shoe covers while in my home. They not only performed maintenance on my unit but performed needed repair and service. They were at my home for about 2 hours.
