I am very happy with the repair to my faucets. Dan was prompt and very helpful while he was writing up the estimate. He had the faucets replaced in less than a hour and the laundry area was completely cleaned. Shana followed up promptly after the visit. Very good customer service. (See More)

I found myself suddenly in need of a plumber. I decided to give Aiello Home Service a try. I quickly realized that it was a great decision. Once I called them, as they advertise, they has someone in my house within an hour. The technician the sent, Dan C****** could not have been more helpful. He was prompt courteous friendly and professional. Because I haven't been homeowner for that long, I had a number of questions for Dan, and he took the time to answer everyone I had. Your service personnel are well trained and experienced. I can usually count on them to understand my problem and fix it with parts on their truck. This time, however, we had to order a warranted part from North Carolina; it arrived the next day! And the service man installed it the following day. (See More)

While their staff was very courteous and professional, the price was absolutely outrageous! $1000 to replace a shower valve, crazy!! For $30 in parts plus the new shower valve and a couple of hours I did it myself. Probably would not call them for any repairs in the future, too expensive! (See More)

How can one finish servicing a Water Heater literally under 3 mins and charged me 190.00$. Actually he switched on the Pilot Switch and told me that he has fixed the issue and if issue persist, we will replace the part. I informed that I have switched on Pilot myself few times in past but he said we will see. That's cheating Not satisfied at all. (See More)

The appointment was made very quickly, the technician arrived on time and the work (replaced a kitchen faucet that had already been purchased) was done quickly and efficiently. The cost was predefined at $480 which seems exorbitant for a little over 30 minutes of work. (See More)

Ross S. and Dan C did the energy audit on our home recently. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in the work they performed. They increased the energy efficiency in our home over 20% and that will equate to almost 2 months of energy bill savings.

Checked the work to be done. and gave us quotes . agreed which one we preferred. went to truck for product and started work immediately. worked and finished installation.Test run for leaks-OK.Review registration. He went through everything with me, what I truly admired was the working conditions he had to work under being an old house with pipes and values in closets behind walls etc. I have never gone wrong Aiello. Which is why I use them for everything. They show up don't con you and fix it right the first time, and it lasts. Dan also at the end showed me what he had done why he did it, and cleaned up the work area. In a day and age where nothing is cheap and the quality of stuff is horrendous it is nice to see a company that does it's work with quality materials Lis. techs who know there stuff, and just do a job right the first time. I installed new guts in my toilet and I had a small leak and couldn't figure out what was wrong. They sent a guy out and they charged me a $49 assessment fee which was cool but he then told me to fix something that would take him about 25-30 minutes, it would be $740 for new guts (which were brand new) and installing a new shut off valve (which was also brand new). A complete disgrace that a little mom and pop business would do this...embarrassing!!! (See More)

Although they completed requested work to be performed, which in what they are being paid for; If you are reading their yellow page ad, and expecting same day service...DON'T, cause you won't get it. Also.. EXTREMELY OVER PRICED. To replace ballcock in toilet....$345.00. To replace 5' water supply to kitchen sink and 2 Ball Valves...over $1400.00

The service provided was to re-set a toilet using a new seal. The work was completed as expected. However, the fee charged for the service was much greater than it should have been ( $376 a $49 service call fee) because 1) the on-site time required was less than 1 hour and 2) the parts required to complete the re-setting cost less than $10 retail.
