Thank God for Aeillo! I will definitely use them again! I had plumbing and electrical issues... I received extremely quick service, after not getting even a call back from local providers in my town. We experienced a problem with a circuit breaker related to our new refrigerator. Nick, Aiello technician, responded to our call, evaluated the problem, and installed a separate line, which solved the problem. Additionally, Nick advised that we change a circuit breaker for our microwave because it was not compatible. Nick was congenial, professional, effective, and most helpful as he completed the work. Technician Nick was very professional and did a good job. The cost of the job was way out of line what it should have been. The cost of the GFI breaker was $120 when retail price was about $25 tops. The whole job took about 1 hr and the total price was $600. I don't know what their hourly rate is but I think $400 a hr is outrageous. (See More)

Great Service - I have used Aiello before and their attention to detail from scheduling to completion of the work is great. Obviously you will pay higher than if you were to hire an independent contractor, but they do stand behind their work so you do also get piece of mind if a future problem occurs. (See More)

I purchased a new electric car that needed a plug in my garage. I called on Tuesday and was given an appointment window from 10-2 on Friday. I was called at 9:00 a.m. on Friday and told that Nick would arrive in 20 minutes. Less than 10 minutes later my door bell rang. Nick was extremely pleasant and explained everything to me before he began work. He let me know what the price would be, before he began. He was able to set up a new circuit for the car plug in about 30 minutes and made sure that the car was plugged in and that everything was working as it should. Great service from a nice guy. This has always been my experience with Aiello and why I continue to use them for plumbing, heating/cooling, and now electrical service. I highly recommend them to everyone. (See More)

I went to the hardware store and bought the 3 GFIi"s for $58 and will have an electrician install for $100. Total $158!!! All Aiello cares about is money , profit, and greed! Beware of Aiello's sales games! (See More)
