I had an outstanding service specialist work with me throughout an Energy Audit. Jesse T worked tirelessly (9am-6:30pm) throughout my entire home along with another specialist (Joe). He explained what he was doing, his findings, and was very informative throughout the whole process. He sat down with my family and explained the entire rebate process and his recommendations for the future. This was my first experience with Aiello and I was thoroughly impressed. Did the Energy Audit of Energize CT through Aiello, Jesse T., the service specialist, arrived on time, very friendly and professional.
He explained what the audit was all about, answered every question that I had.
Three reps came to perform the work to be done, all very professional and helpful, I was also able to see good teamwork! Thumbs Up for that!
They replaced bulbs, insulated the perimeter of the basement, attic areas and ducts, even moved the washer and dryer to insulate the opening that I had behind it and around the chimney areas that were leaking air.
At the end, Jesse went over everything that was performed and made recommendations, the best part was that it wasn't a pushy vendor like other companies that push you into their products, they are very friendly!

I would recommend having Jesse Tompkins from Aiello come to your home for an energy inspection. It costs $ 125 in total but that includes 25 LED light bulbs. That alone would cost you $250 to purchase. They inspected the whole house for places heat was escaping and they sealed or insulated those places. They put new weather stripping around all of the doors. They replaced 58 lights bulbs inside and outside. They were here from 9 AM to 4 PM two guys . The service that I received was awesome. The team arrived ahead of time and was very thorough with all their work and the way they carefully explained everything before, during and after finishing the project.
They were neat and was careful not mess up the house, they wear protective booties over their shoes while in the house. I was so impressed with their work that recommended my mother to also to utilize them.

The cost of the energy audit ($99), plus efficient LEDs/CFLs more than pays for itself, and the technicians (Jesse T and another guy whose name I forgot but who did a nice job) were great, helpful in putting in/taking out window AC units, etc and found a lot of savings. Jesse Tompkins and Jason B. came to do an energy audit. The scheduled service tech was unable to arrive at the appointed time, and since they were nearby, they came to take care of us. They were both very personable, great with my dog and 2 cats, very thorough, professional and courteous. What an awesome team! They took the time when all was done to walk through with me to review what improvements they made. This was my second exposure to Aiello Home Services and like the first my expectations were happily met and exceeded. The two technicians from Aiello, Jesse & Joe were exceptional in their knowledge, skill, and ability in assessing my homes level of energy efficiency. The assessment took an entire day and the work was thorough, professional, and perfect. Jesse and Joe took the time to make sure that I completely understood what they were doing, why it needed to be done, and how it would make my home more energy efficient. I can highly recommend that every home owner spend the minimal fee for this "Home Energy Assessment" because the knowledge they will gain about their home and their energy use is priceless.
