Ray was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly was able to diagnose our air conditioning problem and provided me with a quote for the work. He was also able to correct a problem with the noise level of our air conditioner. He solved all our cooling problems and provided excellent service. He also informed me of a partnership program that I was unaware of and explained the benefits of the plan. I was very impressed and signed up for the program. I was very satisfied with his service. I had a wonderful experience with AIELLO Home Services. I was thrilled to have everyone answer my questions and talk me through the repair. I was treated with respect and honesty. There were no mysteries or unanswered questions and I was told ahead of time what the cost would be! (In my situation, after the diagnostics were complete, it was much less than anticipated!) I had Ray D'Amato as my technician- also the HVAC Field Supervisor for AIELLO. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and patiently listened to and answered any questions that I had. With Sarah’s help, contacted supervisor Ray as our Bosch boiler stopped working in the late afternoon of Jan 11, 2018. After discussing with Ray about problem, he found what the problem is and arranged Jason, technician in his team to come to our home 12:15 pm the next day (in short time) and Jason did professional job to replace our old ‘low water cut off control’ by new RB 122-E low water cut off control. I watched Jason’s professional work. Now our Bosch boiler works well and it helped to cope with very cold weather of Jan 13 and 14. Even Jason promised A/S if any problem arise in this repairing work. I believe that Jason and Ray have shown customer centered heart and high level of technical work matching the name of Aiello. We had our furnace stop working during the extreme chill that is cast over New England right now. Ray D’Amato came out to my house to fix the issue. Ray was very courteous and was very helpful explaining the problem. He did great work and got the Heat back on at my house. It was a pleasure working with Aiello and Ray. From the online after hours chat to the resolution of the problem, this has been one of the best experiences I've had with a service company. Ray provided step by step information on the diags and why he was doing them and what the end results would be depending on the outcome of the diag tests. A service from start to finish. (See More)

I was very impressed with Aiello. I used their services to fix a broken furnace and water tank. They solved the issues. But later my furnace stopped working again, and Ray came out right away (at 12am that night). It was working again within an hour, and he thoroughly explained the issue. As a new homeowner, I feel so lucky that I have a company I can count on for these types of emergencies. I do, and will, recommend them any chance I get. (See More)

Ray is so thorough and knowledgeable. You just KNOW your mechanicals are going to be in good hands when Ray shows up. He is great at making technical HVAC stuff understandable. He is just a great guy and a top-notch professional. And if Cindy is the Cindy who joined Aiello long ago (and is married to Fred), well, she could and probably does run the place with blindfolds on and one hand tied behind her back. Cindy has been around so long she should be getting stock options by now! And if she doesn't, then she needs a huge raise, too. If I have the wrong Cindy, my apologies! This experience started off right with the phone call on a Sunday to Aiello. I called a few other HVAC companies first and I either got a phone message saying to call back on Monday, or asked to leave a message. When I called Aiello I actually was able to speak with a person who was friendly and helpful answering all of my questions. Aiello then dispatched one of their HVAC technicians (Ray D'Amato) who showed up on time. He was clean, organized, and answered a plethora of questions that I had for him, did his work promptly, politely, but most of all proffesionally with a positive attitude. The work was completed at a reasonable price. I also asked the HVAC technician how Aiello was to work for. He had a strong favorable response representing the company Aiello, and went on to say they take care of their workers. I like patronizing responsible companies that not only do great work, but hire professional people. Aiello gets nothing short of 5 STARS! Great job Ray! Great job Aiello! Ray D. came to service our furnace (installed by Aiello last year) on Sunday morning and Monday morning for same issue. He was thorough and I appreciated him explaining the functions to me so I was able to troubleshoot the issue when it happened again on Sunday evening. He rectified a very unsatisfactory beginning to my request for service on Saturday afternoon because of his professional conduct and willingness to get to the root of the problem. Thank you. We have used Airllo to put in our furnace and hot water heater and those men were phenominal. Then we had a couple service calls with not so great technicians. This time we had Ray D'Amato who was awesome, along with his helper. We ended up needing a new thermostat and he installed it. He had me adjust it so I would know how to use it. He explained everything. He also informed us about the partnership program. He and his assistant also helped us set up an energy audit by calling the office and connecting us. I feel if all technicians treated the customers as Ray did us, other companies wouldn't have much business because Aiello would have it. Thank you Tay for being a great technician. (See More)

We had a problem with our A/C and called Aiello. Kerrie G. answered the phone and was a well informed employee who answered all my questions. When our day for service arrived Amanda called to let me know the tech was on his way and would arrive in about a half an hour, in which he did. Ray D. was our field tech. He was kind, clean, courteous. and very knowledgeable. He explained all of our options and answered all of my questions. When he left, my home was cooling off and I was a very satisfied customer. We had a technician come to do the annual systems check for our air conditioning. Everything went fine. Aiello technicians are always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He talked to me after his inspection of the system and explained what he had done and gave me some tips for the future. Aiello may be more expensive than some other companies, but they are reliable and do quality work. It's worth it to us. (See More)

We had had our air conditioner serviced a few weeks ago. Since it has been a reasonably temperate summer so far, we used the air for the first time on Tuesday, 7/7, a hot and humid day on which we were entertaining a dozen friends. The system did not work, and we were quite unhappy. Ray came out on the 9th and found the problem which he quickly fixed. Not only that, but he carefully explained everything he had done in a way that was very clear to us as individuals with no HVAC expertise. He was courteous and very helpful. While we were quite unhappy with the breakdown so soon after the system was serviced, we regained our positive assessment of Aiello as a result of Ray's demeanor and expertise. He quiickly repaced the tuning, cleaned up the water and finished the job . He was extremely knowledgeable , courteous and polite. I would recommend Ray to anyone that may have plumbing issues. Had oil burner cleaned a few weeks ago and then it started banging upon startup (a SERIOUS Bang and slight oil smell). Called for service again. 2nd technician, Ray D'Amato, immediately thought he knew what the problem was. But he is smart enough to double check himself and went to his reference manual to be sure. The wrong nozzle was put on the furnace and it was sending a STREAM of oil versus a SPRAY to fire. Ray put the correct nozzle on and adjusted everything and now everything is great. Our central air conditioning motor stopped working. I called Aiello first thing in the morning and they were able to schedule same day service. Not only that but Ray called before arriving and was within the time indicated by the office. Ray was great. He was professional, knew what he was doing and had a wonderful personality. Service Technician was very respectful, courtious, and described everything very well. Really was a very good representative of your organization. My complaint/issue were the options provided (fill the freon, or diagnose the leak) seemed to me to both be extremely expensive. So I chose the lessor cost of the two. Which is only a stop gap.
