Woke up to no heat or hot water. Called Aiello in the morning, they said as soon as tech was available they would call us and let us know what time they could be at our house. They called twice, first to let us know a tech was in the area at another job and we were next. Than called to say he should be at our house at 2 pm and 1:55 pm Zach E. showed up. Our Service Technician Zach arrived on time and was very professional during his check of our heating system. He discovered a problem with one of our zone dampers and provided an estimate for the repair. He also answered all of our other questions and did a very thorough job of servicing the heating system. He followed up later in the day with a phone call and provided additional information on the costs to fix the issue he found during his visit. The overall experience rated 5 stars. (See More)

Of course, during the hottest week of the year, our AC unit wasn't working...Zack Elflein came out and fixed it, even putting up with a thunderstorm in the process! Having drain issues with AC that caused fail safe to turn AC off. Aiello Home Services sent out Zack E****** (HVAC Tech) to come take a look at a time that worked best of our schedule. Zack was able to find the problem and explain the problem immediately. The explanation was very helpful especially being a recent first time home owner. Zach then did a great job of fixing the problem, explaining how he fixed the problem and even gave advice as to how to avoid future issues. My experience with Aiello Home Services was terrific. I called them at 6:30 am and a technician was at my door in about 90 min. They fixed the problem with no fuss, no muss. My technician, Zach was polite, professional and efficient. I am so pleased that Aiello installed my new furnace and a/c unit last year. Going forward, I do hope that the company will reconsider breaking out on the invoice the actual cost for labor and the actual cost for parts. Otherwise, it does appear the company may be double/triple/quadruple-dipping for labor.

We had out boiler shutdown and fill with air Thursday evening. One call first thing Friday morning to Aiello and help was on the way. Zack showed up about 20 minutes into the time frame they gave us and wasted no time in finding the problem. Once the estimate was done he got to work fixing the problems. Within about 2 hours we were back online with steam and heat. Replacing the parts was the easy work, getting our 40 year old system totally bled down and refilled took time but we were treated to the quietest nights sleep with no pipes gurgling. Timeline: Thursday install of hot water heater, Saturday service call, Tuesday second service call. No hot water was the issue. After Two service calls the end result was an issue with the oil lines. While it was frustrating to deal with an issue that could have been resolved during the install, the end result, after two technicians worked extensively, was a replacement of the oil lines. Would I recommend this company? Sort of. The products are top of the line, the customer service of the two technicians as outstanding. I say sort of because if I were to leave a customers house with puddles on the ground, trash left behind, no explanation of the warrantee to the consumer, no explanation of the product to the consumer, no checking of the product after install prior to leaving the home I would not expect anyone to be a repeat customer. After Steve (manager) "made good" with us and the Technicians (Rich / Zach) came to the rescue for us, they may have changed my mind back to contacting this company for my future issues. (See More)

I am from Texas and I am stationed here because of the Navy. Accordingly, I know nothing about boilers, baseboard heating, or why all houses don’t come with central air. last Saturday our boiler sprung a pretty hearty leak (basically pouring). I called a few companies and absolutely no one would help us without a service plan (how would I know that!). As in I couldn’t get past the answering service. On my last chance I found Aiello on a scroll of google and gave it a chance. Not only did they answer, they had a technician call me immediately. While I couldn’t get the immediate service, Zach went out of his way to help me on the phone over FaceTime to find a temporary solution of how to stop the leak and then shut down the machine. I called that night to leave a message and on Monday morning at exactly the appointment time scheduled Zach showed up to do the service. He got me set up with a plan, did the service, and even taught me the basics of how the system works. I know I won’t be lucky enough to get Zach every time, but because of him I will now be a loyal customer to Aiello! Aiello gets 5 stars... Zach gets 37 stars! Give that man a raise! (See More)
