Nick L. was the technician who came to see why our mini-splits A/C were not functioning. We were unsure if he would be able to help since those units are by YMGI and no one in the area was familiar enough with that brand and declined to help. He started to inspect them methodically and after I mentioned to him that no one else would take the job, he said something that made a lot of sense, which is that the basics for all the different brands are the same. (I guess you just have to be willing to apply yourself and figure it out). He was very patient and determined to fix the problem and he did. The malfunction was due to some prior incorrect wiring. He fixed the wiring, replaced the two failed pumps and there you have it! The A/C is working beautifully since he fixed it about five weeks ago, just before the first heat wave hit. Outstanding experience so far. Called early one morning as furnace stopped working and was told a tech would be there in an hour. Nick showed up less than an hour later, asked questions, diagnosed a couple of problems. He had all the parts on his truck, with exception of one - wouldn’t expect him to have had that one, he ordered it and will finish job when it come in. Very happy so far. (See More)

Nick the gentleman that came out was wonderful we did sign the contract with you very good service he fix the problem and explain everything excellent when I called yesterday for service there was a new person that answered and miscommunication two people call me this morning including the supervisor which was very nice and we got it straight now and very satisfied and also a friend recommended you that has your service. We've had Aiello come and service our AC, hot water heater and furnace for about 5 years now. We got their information from the stickers left on those appliances from the previous owners. They've always been punctual, the work done well and everyone we've interacted with for both emergency fixes and regular maintenance has been very polite and nice. (See More)

Regarding my business with Aliello on April 5 and 6th, 2018.
I am writing this in behalf of your technician," Nick Vacca." He was at our home yesterday, and unclogged the toilet. So, I had to leave the house, when I returned, I used the toilet and it was immediately clogged. Well, I was very upset, especially after paying 324.66.
I did contact your office and completed the survey on-line. Nick returned today on time and very pleasant. He completely dis-assembled the toilet, he worked so hard, we were impressed. He found on the bottom of the toilet some wrapped up baby wipes, which caused the actual clog. The toilet runs beautiful now, but the most important thing he said, "blew me away," he said,he didn't do a through job yesterday. And no charge.
It is very difficult to admit, he felt he didn't do an efficient job, the fact that he was so honest and kind, and a fantastic worker. He is a gem. You (Aiello) are very lucky to have a employee, like Nick, working for your company.
I will brag about to "Nick" to everyone I know, "about him", being a excellent technician, and about your company being so good about this whole experience. You solved my problem so quickly and efficiently.
Nick and your company "made a difference".
I will make sure, when people need a good plumbing tech, Aiello is their answer.

My gas heating was not started,so I called Aiello home services. Nick L came here. For service charge they took 99$ tax =$105.xx. He mentioned to diagnostic charge 144 for checking thermostat. I told No to him. So he gone. After sometime he returned and he told to do free other checking. After checking he told it was not thermostat but condensate removal pump not working. He told he will charge $300 installation cost and other charges which can easily he could charge more than 500$. But I again told NO to him . So he returned. Then I checked condensate pump in Amazon it is 39$ and from YouTube video it is very easy to install. This Aiello service people are very cunning and charge you many unnecessary charges. (See More)

I needed to have the air let out of my pipes. I called Aiello when I asked for a price range I was told they couldn't give me a range over the phone aftwr speaking to a manager because the price depended on my set up and that it would be $100 just for them to come out and get me a quote, regardless of whether or not I used their services. When I said that I didnt like that he told me he wouldn't charge me for the $100 if I proceeded to get the work done. Nick came out and helped me and he was a great guy. The work he did had shown me no problems and the issue was fixed. But the price for the work was $600 after tax... and that is with the $100 discount they gave me by taking off the charge to come out. When I freaked out about the price Nick showed me that it was the standard rate to bleed the pipes in a 1-3 zone house. I am extremely annoyed about how expensive it was to do something so simple, especially when I asked for a price range over the phone and was told I couldnt be given one but the standard price was right there the whole time. After doing research I found out the price I was charged for the service was around double the price of other businesses in the area, and around triple that of a licensed contractor. I won't be doing business with Aiello again. Even though the work was done well and the technician was nice, that kind of price is truly outragious and I was left feeling very ripped off. (See More)

We called to schedule a heater check from a card received in the mail. Our first appointment had to be rescheduled due to technician illness and unfortunately they were so busy that it was a month later when they could come. Nick was so patient with our child who wanted to watch and asked a lot of questions during the visit. I really appreciated that. He let us know the current efficiency level of our system, recommendations, and of their partnership program. There was no hard sell but more a feeling of sharing resources they can offer. We would definitely call Aiello again. (See More)
