Aiello technicians are very competent, polite, clean, and efficient. We’ve recently needed to have some oil burner and plumbing work done at our home. The technicians, Rick N., Shawn F., and Robert N., clearly explained the problems involved in each case and described the steps that should be taken to correct the issues. Once we made our decisions involving the options they offered they proceeded to very efficiently resolve the problems. In addition to the technicians, the staff that answers the phone and schedules and dispatches the technicians are very helpful and friendly. We are Aiello partners, and are very grateful that we have such a reliable source for the correction of problems that might arise with our plumbing, furnace, and AC systems. (See More)

Rick Newman performed my annual heating system preventative maintenance checkup today. Rick arrived on time, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you Rick for all your efforts this morning. Additionally, this annual heating system checkup was 100% covered under my Aiello Service Partner Agreement which also covers my annual AC checkup. This Partner Agreement also puts me on a priority list for emergency services and a discount on parts if needed. Well worth the small monthly fee. (See More)

The service tech was very nice and tried to help. He did have a lot of trouble putting the furnace front back together, not his fault....not built to easily do that. However, my appointment was for early afternoon. I called at 1:30 and they said the tech was in Middletown, I called again just before 4 to complain and they said he was still in Middletown. He got there closer to five. Spent my entire afternoon waiting and not getting other things done that I had to do. I realize you cannot timeout every job but perhaps you overbook. Not fair to the service tech or me. I tried to call again shortly after 4 but the telephone exchange for Aiello was closed at that point so I was in limbo. Nothing was accomplished with my problem todate and I do not know where I will go from here. But thank Richard for me. He tried. (See More)

Rick Newman, Aiello's HVAC Technician was awesome when performing my annual comfort system checkup recently. He was pleasant, highly skilled and very thorough during the visit. He pointed out that two components were not performing within parameters and replaced them in a timely manner. With a heatwave coming within a few days, it gave me peace of mind that I would not have to endure the inconvenience of sweltering due to a system failure. Rick is a fine example of a great ambassador for his company. Also props go out to Tamika for reaching out to me and advising me of an opportunity to move up the visit earlier than scheduled due to a time slot vacancy. I have been a customer of Aiello's for over two decades, and just can't say enough good things about the company as the experiences over time have been top notch. Was able to set up an appt for service for the same day and in fact received a call that Richard, the technician, could come much sooner than anticipated. Furnace was up and running very soon. Further research with Lennox is required due to an unknown error code but the furnace was working very fast. (See More)

Aiello / Their technician were extremely competent and helpful in supporting a minor emergency leaking main water line. The repair was 1st class. My only reservation in providing a 5 star rating is the cost of repairs that include a share of the overall overhead which is obviously quite high. (See More)

Your services are always top notch and your service technicians and staff always friendly and professional. However your services are expensive, specially for seniors or those on a fixed income. Hopefully Aiello will address this issue in the near future. (See More)

Timeline: Thursday install of hot water heater, Saturday service call, Tuesday second service call. No hot water was the issue. After Two service calls the end result was an issue with the oil lines. While it was frustrating to deal with an issue that could have been resolved during the install, the end result, after two technicians worked extensively, was a replacement of the oil lines. Would I recommend this company? Sort of. The products are top of the line, the customer service of the two technicians as outstanding. I say sort of because if I were to leave a customers house with puddles on the ground, trash left behind, no explanation of the warrantee to the consumer, no explanation of the product to the consumer, no checking of the product after install prior to leaving the home I would not expect anyone to be a repeat customer. After Steve (manager) "made good" with us and the Technicians (Rich / Zach) came to the rescue for us, they may have changed my mind back to contacting this company for my future issues. (See More)

While the first technician installed a hot water heater, it took Rick Newman and an oncall visit to make it work. We had no hot water and Rick was called to fix the issue. The hot water heater was installed less than 12 hours earlier. He was able to identify the issue quickly (air in the line) as well as some other half assed installed items. Had it not been for Rick looking at everything before he left, I would likely be having to make another service call. (See More)
