Tim Lynch was a pleasure to work with. We've had Aiello Home Services at our home many times over the years for services ranging from minor plumbing to replacing our home air-conditioning system. Most recently, Aiello replaced our furnace and two hot water heaters. Aiello's technicians performed exactly as Tim had outlined for us to expect. Tim was careful and thoughtful with his recommendations, offered us multiple choices, and provided his opinions when we requested he do so. I bought two complete HVAC to replace the units in my duplex that were working fine but rusted and worn. From date of installation I complained that new units were undersized for AC. Was told it would be fine and that Aiello never leaves a customer unsatisfied. Well AC cannot keep upstairs under 80 degrees on a hot day my tenant is pissed and I am mad as hell because they refuse to do anything about it. Don’t buy from Aiello! (See More)

It was easy to contact over the phone and set up the first appointment on Sunday. It was a free consultation too.
Tim came in at 6:45 pmon Sunday.
He did the assessment, quote and the possible day for the new unit installation.
It was an emergency, since the temp was below freezing point.
Tim was very professional as well as friendly.
He set up the day for work and made the folliw up call on Monday to confirm the work for Tuesday.
I got a second call from the office to confirm it too.
All set and done as planned in a timely manner.
I was happy with the professionalism with which
the work was performed.
Jeff, Xavier and Nick installed the HVAC unit.

Last Sunday afternoon I contacted Aiello Home services for an emergency installation of a heat pump. I called different people and companies but no one was available to do this job within 2 days. I needed someone asap to come, see and take action, because there was no heat and the temp was minus degrees. The person on the phone was very pleasant and tried to Solve the issue. ASAP. He sent Tim L***** the Residential Specialist on The same day by 6:30 pm. Tim was very professional and friendly to deal with. He promised me to take care of it by Tuesday if the new unit was in stock. Tim called me by Monday to confirm that the new unit will be installed on Tuesday. I got another phone call from the office to confirm that the technicians will be coming on Tuesday between 7:30-8:30 am. Jeff, Xavier and Nick were here on time. All three of them were very professional as well as friendly to deal with. They did a good job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything at the end of their work. They answered all my questions and offered support of their company if there is any issue in the future. I will definitely recommend this company to anybody who needs to get a job done quickly. I hired Aiello to install a new Boiler in my home. They Sold me the most expensive boiler that they represent so my expectations were very high given the level of investment. Tim Lynch was my salesman. Given that I am an outdoor sales rep. Just like he is, I had high expectations of him. He was on time, courteous and negotiated a good deal for me. He also allowed me to make the decision on my terms, with my timeline and without any pressure. I'd say Tim is an excellent salesman which allowed us to work out a deal so we started off very well. On installation day the first members of the crew showed up around 7:30, as they were supposed to. They were there all day long until the job was completed at about 6:30 that evening. I inspected the job at the end of the day and noticed that an isolation valve for one of the zones was missing. I mentioned this to the install foreman and he was Frank and told me that they forgot it. I wasn't going to ask them to do it at that time as it was so late in the day. When my salesman Tim followed up with me after the install I told him that I was disappointed about the forgotten isolation valve. Tim told me that he would bring it to the attention of his supervisor and set up a time for me to meet with him. I met with the sales manager Joe B. at their office. I shared my disappointment and Joe had a simple reply of "we'll take care of it as soon as possible". Two of their guys Jack and Mark showed up as scheduled a few days later and installed the isolation valve in less than an hour. They also include a new CO2 detector with the new boiler purchase. The one I got was faulty. So I let them know about it and they gave me a new one which was faulty also! Third time was the charm as that one worked. As I mentioned my expectations were extremely high given the level of investment and they absolutely met them. Five stars for the Aiello team all day long! Thanks Guys!

From Tim L**** who came to the house to do the initial measuring and quote for the work to the workmen who installed central air and a ductless system I was pleased with all the people I came in contact with. We called Aiello on a neighbor's recommendation to get an estimate on converting our propane appliances to natural gas. Tim was very thorough in his inspection and recommendations and was able to provide a quote on two different options while on site. Tim Lynch and the Install guys were absolutely fantastic. We just moved into our new home and Tim meet us there in the early evening to make sure we could get our new furnace and Air Conditioning replaced as soon as possible. It was late, but Tim made it anyway and made the whole process easy. He thoroughly explained how, what, and when everything would take place. He walked us through all the different options and what would be best for our home. He went through the entire house to do an analysis of what was needed so we would get the most efficient system for our particular home. My wife and I could not be more happy with how Tim provided us with the right system for our home. Thanks Tim!! We also would like to thank all the installation guys for all oulf their hard work. We had a system that was from 1975 and it needed to be replaced and they did an awesome job of doing so. They removed the entire old system and replaced it with a brand new system all in one day. I know it wasn't easy (it was a scorcher of a day) but they got it done and you would never have known they were there when they left.
