This is a review of my dealings with Jesse C. about replacing my gas furnace and central air conditioning units. both of which were 32 years old. Jesse came to my house after I called Aiello during their "buy one, get one free" March promotion. He was 100% professional, knowledgeable, thorough, empathic, conscientious, courteous and smart. He was very responsive to my needs and concerns and did not pressure me at all. He was respectful of what a huge investment this would be and gracious in understanding that I needed time to evaluate. Mr.Jesse C***** from the Aiello Company was on time and extremely helpful in explaining the workings and efficiency of the air conditioning system located in our home. It was a pleasure dealing with him and he was extremely polite and absolutely no sales pressure tactics!! I have dealt with many sales people and I abhor pressure tactics that they use. After Jesse helped me set up all the appointments needed to replace our humidification system, filtration system, and UV light assembly, every technician came on time, did their job professionally, and kept to the exact estimate. My service technician was Jesse C. He and his team (Jesse, Eric and Joe) were very thorough. They explained everything they were doing. Went through all of the recommendations with best ways to proceed. They gave me estimates as to how much I would save based on the work that they did. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves.They seemed very knowledgeable about all thing energy efficient in my house. They stayed and answered all of my questions about things I am not even contemplating in the immediate. I would be happy to recommend Jesse and his team to do an energy audit for your home. The Energy Audit service was recommended to me by a colleague and I was as pleased as she was with the experience. Jesse Conway was personable, professional, thorough and competent. He explained what he was seeing as he went along and his recommendations were practical and helpful. It's clear that he enjoys helping people improve their homes and reap the financial benefits. The gentleman from Aiello did a great job on the energy audit. Saved me 600 CFM's on a raised ranch. Also provided me with LED and CFL lightbulbs where I had none and sealed up any gaps. All the guys including Jessie were very friendly and communicated what was going to happen and what they did very well. (See More)

First let me just say that I had to have a HES audit for a home improvement project i'm having done . The company I was working with sent me a list of companies that provided this service. I picked Aiello out of that list. My availability was limited and made my appointment on a Sunday yes a Sunday and on top of Sunday 7AM . The two technicians (Jesse/Matt) showed up on time and went right to work.They set up their equipment and explained everything they were doing . They were very neat and when finished cleaned up throughly. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Thank you Jesse and Matt and the hole Aiello Team . (See More)

I live in a house built in 1750 with inexpensive double pane replacement windows. Since the house is not 100% plumb, the replacement windows leaked in both the sash and trim. Jesse Conway and Jack were great at problem solving the leaks and calking as needed. They even crawled under the house and used foam insulation to plug air leaks around the pipes going to the bathroom. Both fully explained what the found, what they were doing, offered me choices of replacement bulbs and suggested follow-up steps I could take to further improve the efficiency of the heating system. Although they could provide service and materials for additional energy saving steps, they made it clear that they were not here to sell anything. In fact they suggested I purchase and install additional insulation myself. Since I live in and own this three family house, I have decided to have the other apartments checked as well. I anticipate saving about 50% on my total heating cost. I should also mention that they spent about 5 hours on our 1 bedroom apartment. Excellent job; excellent service. Thanks you Jesse ad Jack. Jesse came to my home on 1/1/15 to perform a home energy. He and his crew were very professional and respectful. He did a very thorough inspection of our home and provided suggestions for energy improvement and replaced light bulbs, sealed doors and windows. Jesse and Mike arrived when promised. Jesse took the time to explain the details of the Energy Audit and what I could expect. During the entire visit, I was regularly updated on their progress and their findings. Their level of cooperation made it clear that these two men know what they were doing. I was informed of a serious problem with the exhaust from my water heate. Jesse advised me as to my rights with a different company who had done the incorrect installation. Based on this excellent advice, I had the repair done and the audit was later completed by Jesse C. and another Jesse. I found Jesse C. to be friendly, intelligent and very informative, which caused me to further contract with Aiello to install additional insulation in my home. The gentlemen who provided this service, Doug and his helper, were efficient and very careful not to dirty my home. Once again, I am amazed at the fine work done by Aiello and their staff. Our family just had excellent service by Aiello Home Services. Jesse C. and Jesse T. came for the Home Energy Assessment. I began knowing it would take a full day to accomplish the list of energy efficiency tests they run. After discovering an additional issue, the asess. had to continue to another full business day. To be honest, I was not sure that was going to be allowed however, after chatting with their boss it would happen and the assess. would be complete. From replacing lightbulbs with CFL and LEDs to duct work patching, door drafts, recommendations, etc. these two men were very professional and knowledgable. I was very impressed with their patience as I asked A LOT of questions and really wanted to know what was happening every step of the way. In conclusion, I am so happy ENERGIZE CT is going on in the state and everyone should be doing this as it is FREE is you fall in an annual income level and the good news is if you don't, you can get the full service, 6-10 hours is the basic assessment, for 99.00. The customer, my husband and I, were never made to do more than we wanted to however, there was time and room if we did choose additional energy efficiency work. We recently had a home energy audit by Aiello. Jesse C. was very professional and knowledgable when testing and analyzing my home. He and his associate, Joe, were here for about 6 hours and when they left my home was more energy efficient and I had a recommendation for furthur followup. There was absolutely NO sales pressure. We became familiar with each other after several hours and even shared some personal conversation over a soft drink (and a few nachos). Jesse and Willie from Aiello Home Services recently performed a whole-house energy audit on our home, part of the CL&P Energy Wise campaign. For a modest $99, These two professionals spent about 6 hours inspecting our home an correcting energy wasting features. Jesse sat with me, literally for a couple of hours, to review building science (a hobby of mine) and discuss the pros and cons of the various energy saving options appropriate for our home. Willie replaced many incandescent bulbs with efficient fluorescent bulbs, as well as aerators, and inspected weather-stripping on windows and doors. They performed a blower door test, and inspected several areas of our home, looking for leaks and energy robbing appliances. I was very impressed with the knowledge that Jesse and Willie brought to the table - they were both professional and courteous, and most importantly, well informed. Building science is something I have read about for years, and I found the these two able to answer every question I posed. I never received any pressure whatsoever to purchase additional services - they offered information only when I asked for it. If you are concerned about finding ways to save on energy costs, I would heartily recommend an audit by Aiello's Jesse and Willie. (See More)

In no way could any Co. send two better people to do our home assessment. Both Willy, & Jesse, knew what they were here to do & in a professional, courteous, & friendly way. While the technicians were personable and knowledgeable, small, ancient gas leaks were found. I was informed that the audit could not continue until these were fixed. I was charged nearly $400 for about 20 minutes work. Besides this, the audit was thorough and comprehensive. I need a new furnace, but I think I'll shop elsewhere judging by the plumbing rates.
