Joshua did a great job today. He was very courteous and explained everything that he was doing. He inspected and cleaned the stove and stove pipe and made sure that all connections were sealed and leaf proof. Definitely quality workmanship. This service pro is highly recommended. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Took time and care in cleaning ours pellet stove and chimney. He also took a lot of care in making sure he laid cloth down on floor to protect our carpet and furniture. I was told by another company that I had stage 4 creosote in my chimney and that I needed to get my chimney lined. they gave me a price and I couldn't afford it at the time, Three years later I called Ace for a quote. The quote was reasonable so I set up the work. When they came to do the work they discovered that I already had a stainless steel chimney lining and that I do not have stage 4 creosote build up as the other company told me. Obviously that company was attempting to take advantage of my naivete. Thank goodness Ace is an honest company. They saved me thousands of dollars for work that was completely unnecessary. I have been using Ace to clean my pellet stove for several years now, and they always do great work! Most recently, they told me I needed a new auger for my motor, and upon coming out to install it, Tyler realized I did not actually need it and just needed mine cleaned. Tyler came out and performed a thorough cleaning and inspection of our chimney and fireplace insert. He explained everything he did and offered recommendations to help us keep our fireplace in excellent working condition.
He then cleaned our dryer vent and rerouted the venting to avoid moisture buildup (a problem I’ve been dealing with all summer). I appreciate Tyler’s expertise and his professionalism. He is courteous and he goes the extra mile to assist. He and the office team at Ace Chimney and The Stove Store are top notch! We have used Ace Chimney Sweeps ever since we moved into our house. We have them come once a year in the Summer to clean and inspect our fireplace insert and chimney. We feel confident after the service call that our fireplace will be at tip-top shape when we use it when the weather becomes cold. The technician who came was so polite and willing to solve my issue. He even pointed out that I had damage to a corner of my roof I was unaware of, and since it's still under warranty, I was able the schedule a quick repair visit from the roofer thanks to him. He left my space as clean as he found it, removed all the debris, and put on a crown so nothing can live in my chimney again. Skip Creswell is the only professional with Ace Chimney Sweep associates that has ever cleaned my chimney. His crew put the original liner in my chimney.

Look no further for an excellent experience! My gas fireplace went out a few weeks ago, we use the fireplace everyday during the winter so we wanted it to be repaired as soon as possible however, every servicing agency was booked well into January. Ace was able to fit me in last Saturday. Ed was our tech, he was on time and extremely professional. Not only did he fix my unit but cleaned the entire area, and in less than 90minutes! .
