Dave E, came out to my home to repair an over flowing condensation pan on the air handler in my guest quarters. While here, I asked him to check out the 28 year old system that I had installed in 1993 during the rehab of my home. Obviously he said that while the system was still working it was quite old and that the air handler had been installed in a very precarious location in my cramped attic preventing adequate access to service the unit plus he noted that despite the many repair bills from a different installer I was on thin ice as far a getting much more use of the system. He went on to explain the advantages of a newer first class system and the upgrades made in the a/c industry with Halo air cleaning add on accessories. My wife and I had been contemplating an upgrade to our system anyways so we asked for a quote and after a day to get back to us he gave us a bunch of options. All the way from a get by low end system to a Ferrari valued product. With summer coming and at 80 years old we decided to go first class so that we and my family would have the best and longest lasting a/c system available.
Dave, Don, and Laura checked back in with me and gave me an option of dates to install the system. It was a two day job completed in time with the minimum of fuss and mess. The 6 or 7 guys that paraded through my front door treated my home with respect, kept the noise and dust level down and installed the system like the professionals I had hoped for. Lisa is a great '1st responder' to this team of great a great company. She has the compassion you need to hear when making the phone call to A/C CARE because you're a/c has probably quit working and you can barely breathe....OR because you're looking for a new company that is truly a company, with a responsible, friendly person who knows what is going on with the entire crew most of day. A large crew at that, not a one man operation, but also not a company that gouges you with a bill for looking and then sends someone else out later. This is a hometown team company. I had an emergency call+-6months ago just after 6pm and Rob D was out quickly, rectified the situation with a reasonable bill. 3 weeks ago I called Lisa and requested Rob, she explained it would be the next week, I said no problem I need a check up, cleaning,etc...he came, was thorough, explained everything I asked. All of the staff that I came in contact with both by phone & in person, were kind and easy to work with. They were prompt answering the phone and answering my questions. The techs who came to the house were prompt, professional and considerate. Dave and Jim fixed our A/C quick and sucessful, We had some other company come yesterday, looked at it quickly and said you need a new a/c which would have cost us $5000, Dave and Jim looked at it and said you need freeon. So it cost us $140.00 big difference.
I would recommend this company to all, they are fair and honest.

I had an absolutely fantastic service experience with A/C Care Heat and Air from the very first call to the post install follow up. Our A/C went out when it was 95 degrees in our office. I found A/C Care through a Google search. I spoke with Laura when I called to schedule a service appt. She was extremely polite, helpful, and went to work right away to find someone who could come out. Rob came out the next day, did a very thorough inspection, was extremely nice, professional, knowledgeable and helped me understand what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem. He gave me options and helped mebmake an informed decision at my pace. Rob promptly sent over a quote as promised, and was super helpful when I needed to work through my corporate office to get the repair details worked out. Once i made the decision to move forward, Rob and Lisa were super helpful in helping me get the order placed and the install time that worked for our business. They went above and beyond especially considering the market demands given the time of year and COVID restraints put on availability of equipment/parts. Laura helped several times and could not have been any nicer, more accomodating or more resourceful. Niki was extremely great in follow up and during the process as well. And the install team were very skilled, efficient, polite and professional. They were amazing. I would work with this entire company again in a heartbeat. To top it off I got a great deal on very high quality equipment without any hassle. You cannot go wrong getting your a/c repaired with this company. Last year i had a malfunction that turned out just to need a new thermostat, and this year i had maintenance done on my 15 yr old Trane unit. They are all knowledgeable, competent and honest. My Ac died in the middle of the day mid July. Dave and the office went out of their way to help get cooled off as quickly as possible. It's hard to rate a five when our installation was done improperly almost three years ago. Just this past July when we were there during the hot summer days and could not get the house cooled below 77 degrees, they came out and agreed the installation was done improperly. They sent in a repairman and made the necessary repairs and our August bill has been cut in half. August 2018 bill was $82.57, August 2019 was $34.82.
