John is an excellent technician. He installed and has serviced our RainSoft system on an annual basis. My wife loves how her hair feels after showering. No more scale on fixtures nor coffee maker. Laundry smells much better. This is a great investment! Chris C. 02/07/23 |

After having problems with my well water softener, I called the office. I told ************ about my problem and he set up an appointment. He was so very helpful and friendly. We've been with Rainsoft for over 20 years, the service has always been excellent. When we recently moved to a rural area, Rainsoft technician packaged the rainsoft unit so it could be moved from our in town living to our new home. When we moved in, the technician was able to re-install our system. The water in our new home is hard water, we were very thankful to get our softened water restored. I have had Rainsoft for over 25+ years. Ever since I purchased my first home, I had raincoat installed. The service has always been excellent from customer service representative to installer. When relocated to another home, had the equipment moved. The installer came and disconnected from my first home. When moved to the other location, just gave a call and they came and installed in new property. Kenny, the installer is very professional in the work he does and explains everything he did. Chris from Rain Soft came out to service our water softening system and was excellent. He arrived on time, he worked diligently. He answered all my questions and had me write a few key pieces of information day - very patiently spelling things and making sure I had the capital or lower case correct, so I would understand the settings. We just bought the property but Chris had done service calls here before. He showed us the whole system, how it's connected, even the exterior hoses. He labeled the 'in' and 'out' pipes and explained the general principal behind the system. He really understood what he was talking about, took pride in his work, was clear in his explanations and overall inspired tremendous confidence. He was really great. he came out to our house and did his job and told what he was doing and why he needed to do it. He had a hard time working because this is the first time things have been done. The guy they sent last year was here for 10 min, and had did none of the job that was done today. Now we know why i have rust all threw my house pipes. The Rain-Soft tech, Kenny G., from -B Marketing, came out today, 12-18-19, to resolve a leak in my water softener system. Within 2 minutes, he discovered a split in the drain hose and quickly replaced it, resolving the problem.
While here, he routinely replaced the seals, as well.
I am very impressed with his expert knowledge of their product and expedient resolution!
