I had an emergency situation with a leaking pipe leading to my boiler. Mike J was my installer and he was friendly, efficient and very clear in his explanation to me about what needed to be done. He arrived first thing in the morning and made me feel like AA Service cared about me as a customer. The leak had made a big mess and Mike left it in good shape after he finished the pipe replacement. Could not have asked for anything better from Mike. (See More)

My AC was dying so I had AA Service come out to install a new unit. Michael B and Ricky came out to replace the unit and the coils in my furnace. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves when the work was done! Now I have great AC, but the temperatures outside are in the 70's! LOL Also realized that Michael B looked familiar....turns out he installed my furnace about 7 years ago and did a fine job on that too! I will continue to use AA Service for all of my heating and cooling needs as they've always done a fine job! (See More)

Mike was prompt, courteous and best of all knowledgable. He spent from 8am to 5:20pm on our hot roof, replacing 3 parts and the coolant. Seems to be working fine now. (See More)

Definitely a fan of AA Service! We needed a new furnace & decided to get a quote from a few different companies - AA being one of them. John came out to talk through options & pricing. He was very helpful, professional & didn't rush or pressure a sale. We went with AA because of the service & competitive pricing. We were planning to install on a Monday...until we woke up on Friday with no heat! We called John and they were able to do the install on a Saturday with less than 24 hr notice - no extra fees. Michael J and Casey did the install. They were extremely professional, friendly & finished up right on schedule. They walked us through the process, equipment and never seemed rushed. We're new customers but impressed so far! (See More)

Michael J. and Sal came to install a new unit to replace our old one from AA Service. Our first Carrier lasted almost 16 years and we've always trusted AA to maintain it --- they do a great job. Mike and Eric were absolutely fantastic. They showed up, did their job in a clean and professional manner, and took a few minutes to talk Cubs when they needed a break! These guys could work in my house anytime. The installation included a very sophisticated top-of-the-line furnace unit from Carrier. they explained everything in a language I could understand, and we are so pleased with the end result. Our furnace broke so we called AA Service, Brock came out the next day and gave us a pressure free estimate. We decided a few days later to go with them, they set the appt and we were set. Michael J and Victor arrived on time and did a great job, wore shoe protectors and put drop cloths wherever they worked. They showed me how everything works and even programmed the thermostat for us. Jeremy H, MIchael J and Tyler performed above and beyond the expectations arriving by 8 am and not departing until nearly 7 pm to install a full new HVAC system and to clean and correct issues prior equipment supplier/installers had created. MIchael J., Jeremy H. and Tyler arrived today to install an entire new HVAC system for our first floor after 20 years. They were extraordinarily quiet, extremely professional and quite helpful in explaining what had happened with the failed system (after 20 years), what they were installing and how it worked. They cleaned up, even things they were not responsible for, and solicited our concerns, questions and asked that we call any of them if we had continuing problems. They explained equipment they had not installed and pointed out issues that might need quick correction or maintenance due to questionable installation or prior installation, maintenance, or related matters. Despite the fact that it was the day before the July 4th holiday weekend and one of them had an adult hockey league game, they refused to leave until a troublesome existing 'smart' thermostat was not only functioning but also fully programmed to the new equipment. Outstanding excellent service. I would not consider another company or service professionals for my HVAC service. (See More)

I have used AA Service for over 20 years and have the highest regard for their professionalism, knowledge and respect for their customers. Their annual service contracts proved to be well worth the money, keeping my previous units in good shape for those 20 years! My recent experience with purchasing a new furnace and AC unit was seamless. My husband and got a new furnace and A/C installed by AA Service Co about a month ago and we couldn't be happier. We replaced a VERY old system from a house built in the 1890s, so it was quite a big project. The guys at AA are great, not only super knowledgeable, but also friendly, helpful and punctual. The work was done in exactly the amount of time estimated and the cost was "all inclusive" meaning it included future modifications, like opening up vents to a bigger size in some rooms and moving ducts during a kitchen renovation (as well as future maintenance). The guys at AA, Mike K., Michael J., are fantastic, completely service oriented, reliable and trustworthy. I recommend AA Service Co. to anyone looking for HVAC work to be done. (See More)

Great company from the top down. They have worked on 10 of my furnace/ac units, air exchanger, large dehumidifier, from my business to my home. AA service has done everything for me from new furnaces to servicing old ones. I'm very particular about how duct work should look and they surpassed my expectations. I think over the last five years I have met every technician that works there and they have all been amazing. Extremely professional & very nice guys. AA service is the only company I will ever use for my heating & AC work. If you want the best forget get the rest and call AA Service. I almost forgot to mention they also know how to give back to the community by servicing a local homeless women's shelter's boiler/furnace. I am a Board member of the shelter and I know first hand how much the residents appreciated AA service's dedication to their community. (See More)

AA was timely providing an estimate and performing the work. The price was good, a little lower than others I received. They also were able to handle the job quickly in what is a very busy heating & cooling season in Chicago. That was much appreciated. Everyone from AA was professional. The installers did an excellent job and accommodated my request to install a WiFi enabled thermostat (which I purchased elsewhere). I love the new system and appreciate the professional installation.
