Wanted to thank Jason and Mario for fantastic service in installing and removing my old furnace unit today. Started at 8:00 or so this am and they finished at 1:30 or so. Perfect install and very polite and helpful. So thankful to have heat again after 2 weeks. This company rocks in customer service for its clients. Love them!!!!! Mark (See More)

I am so pleased with my experience with AA Service. I replaced 21 yrs ago, and had to do it again, after talking with Scott K, and becoming educated on comfort vs heating/cooling, the clear choice was comfort. The install crew was great, they did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, and everything is working great, just in time for this extreme heat wave! (See More)

AA Service Co. is the best! Our old heating unit died on New Year's Day. But AA Service Co quickly dispatched a serviceman and later a salesman to our home and within an hour we were set for the installation of our new unit. Jason B. and Tyler M. installed our new Carrier heater. They did a remarkably professional job. Their work was clean and efficient. Upon completion of the installation they provided a clear explanation of the work they performed and detailed instructions as to how I should maintain the proper humidity level and how to properly switch from winter to summer settings, along with several other helpful hints. We highly recommended AA Service Co for all your heating and air conditioning needs. (See More)

I can't speak highly enough about the service I received today from Jason B and his team. My home was probably cleaner when they left than before they got here. The team was meticulous and very respectful to the rules and regulations imposed by my condo association. The price was exactly what I had been quoted even though Jason's team went beyond what had been committed to (like completely replacing some electrical wiring that needed replacing). The team worked really well together which is really important to me. But most importantly, I have confidence that my new furnace was installed correctly. Miles. (See More)

We just had two Great Men install our Carrier Air & Furnace. Please give Jason B and Jeremy Hendrickson the very highest rating possible. I expected to give this install 2 days; the men walked out about 4:00 p m today. Lucky, for them too; what a storm followed. Thanks so much for the Wonderful Service you provide. When a service person is so thoughtful in your home it's so Appreciated. Drop cloths were everywhere...and they were Clean! It's a Reflection on a Wonderful Company. These are Wonderful Guys...and by the way please add Scott Sligowski ... he's been Amazing as our Service Rep for the past two seasons. Just had a new furnace and AC unit put in. Couldn't be happier with the complete service received from AA Service. From my first meeting with Scott, who patiently answered all my questions, and came out twice to meet with me, to the wonderful installers Jason, Jeremy and Tyler who made the day long installation seem easy. I was impressed with how efficiently Jason Jeremy and Tyler worked to install everything, and even more impressed when they had finished their work but stayed to walk me through everything they did, and ensure that I was aware of each feature on everything they installed. The AA Service team is a thrill to work with and provides fantastic service and quality. Not only have they serviced my legacy unit flawelssly and typically come out within 24 hours, they just installed a whole new AC/Furnace and I can't wait to feel the added comfort and save $ given the higher effieciency. AA Heating and Cooling provided an estimate and installed a new air conditioner unit. In addition, they had performed furnace repair and cleaning, as well as my air conditioner cleaning... all since I bought my home three months ago. Neither my furnace nor my air conditioner was regularly maintained. Within eight days of moving into the home, the ignitor switch in my furnace broke causing the tempurature in the home to drop to 45 degrees. Panicked, I called AA Heating and Cooling to come out but expected to get ripped off since I am a new homeowner. The gentleman treated me with respect and explained what the issue was. I signed up immediately for an annual maintenance plan. Two days later, the new ignitor switch went bad. AA Heating and Cooling returned promptly, replaced the switch again and fully cleaned out the furnace that evening, although the appointment for the cleaning was scheduled for later that week. Fast forward to June, AA Heating and Cooling returned to clean my air conditioner. Now, this thing was old and looked like it was dropped from an airplane! They got it going and pumped just enough freon to cool my house while I investigated my options. In addition to several other companies, I called Brock from AA Heating and Cooling to provide an estimate. Other companies provided high estimates and "treated me like a woman", indicating I needed both a new air conditioner unit and furnace together. One said they wanted to have my electrical box inspected as well. Brock, on the other hand, gave me a quote, explained the cost, offered financing and did so without causing me to stress out. Unlike the others, the quote Brock provided was THE amount, period. He was willing to stand by his quote and would not increase it if there was an issue found when the unit was installed. Other companies were unwilling to do that. The installers arrived a few minutes early and worked well together. I was busy addressing other home tasks as they took care of everything. I could not be happier with my experiences with AA Heating and Cooling. Everyone there has been fabulous! (See More)

We had a complete new furnace installment two days before Thanksgiving, it was installed by Dave & Jason. They were both respectful of our time & our home. They were on time, neat in their appearance, wore the shoe nets over their shoes while in the house, and kept their work space clean. Dave really took time to explain what they did, walked me through how to work the controls (very patiently) did not make me feel rushed or illiterate when I didn't quite get it the first time. They were very professional. As for AA Service Company, they were clear and concise with pricing (no surprises at the end of the job). They sent a service adviser out to do an on-site estimate, he was thorough in explaining what would have to be done & why, and they delivered on everything. Very good Heating and Air conditioning company with a great routine maintenance program that I would highly recommend. I would hire them again in a heart beat. --SB (See More)

Our duct work repair ended up being a more extensive job than expected and Jason went above and beyond to ensure all components were replaced and the true source of the problem was identified.
