Space Pac air conditioning repaired quickly, efficiently. Service Rep (Phet Xayachania) was outstanding; very knowledgable, courteous and explained everything thoroughly in language I could understand. The initial service call 2 days earlier was less than satisfactory & didn't fix the problem. This follow up call was 100% satisfactory. I have been using AA Service Company for 18 years when they installed my furnace and AC. I have been very satisfied with the excellent service I have been getting through the years. I have been asking for Service Pro Phet X for several years. He is very competent, professional and personable. I trust his knowledgeable work. I always ask for Phet X. JOHN LAKATOS OF SERVICE PROFESSOR PROVIDED EXCELLENT ELECTRICALSERVICE TO OUR FAMILY AND DID SO WITHIN OUR BUDGET ON JUNE 16 AND 17. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WAS EXPECTED TO FIX OUR ELECTRICAL ISSUES AND RESOLVED ANY AND ALL PROBLEMS THAT WE HAD. HE INSTALLED A MUCH NEEDED HOUSE SURGE PROTECTOR, REPLACED FRAYED WIRES OUTSIDE ON THE ROOF, CORRECTED OUR OUTDATED WATER HEATER GROUNDING SYSTEM, REPAIRED OUR KITCHEN CEILING FAN BY USING NEW REPLACEMENT PARTS BECAUSE A NEW LIGHT KIT WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, PLUS INSTALLED A DEDICATED OUTLET FOR OUR REFRIGERATOR.-ALL IN LESS THAN A DAY. We have been using AA Service for several years and we are always pleased. Phet is always such a wonderful service tech. He explains what needs to be done and always goes over what he did while he was here. This time, he made our outside Air Conditioner unit so much quieter than it has been in awhile. We are so grateful as we are outside much of the time when the weather is good. We love AA Service and our awesome Service Tech, Phet! If it weren't for him and his professionalism and always going the extra mile, we may have shopped elsewhere. (See More)

Phet came today for our AC check up. My window was 2pm-5pm and he arrived just around 2pm. We have to AC units, one of which is in our attic. We recently got a new roof and when Phet opened up the attic, roofing residue was everywhere. We had no idea that this mess was in there. I got out our shop vac to vacuum it all up, but Phet said he would do it. That was certainly not something he should have had to do, but he was completely pleasant about it. He cleaned it all up and did the check up. Like everyone of the service techs I've had from AA, Phet was super professional, friendly, and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about the service that Phet and others from AA have always provided! Thank you Phet! (See More)

Phet was responsive and knowledgeable. I called with a heating issue and they sent the technician out the same day. He kept me informed when he would be here and got here on time. Friendly and patiently he diagnosed the problem and then went to work on it. He explained what was wrong and what it took to fix it. No fuss no muss heat. Summary: I will definitely call AA again and request Phet if possible. He did a great job. The Details: Due to an electrical issue leading to the furnace, my lennox stopped working. Once power was restored by the electrician he warned me that devices on that line might have problems which was the case. - Phet X. from AA Service came out after the electrician was done to figure out the issue. - Phet was on time and had called ahead to let me know he was on the way (Perfect!). - Within 15 minutes, he figured out that while he could detect juice going to the transformer, there was none coming out. 15 min later, he had a new transformer in. - - Before installing, he showed me the new part and the price that was in the book he carried (so he didn't make up the price on the fly which I've seen others due!). - After he fixed it and the furnace fired up, I figured he'd bill me and take off but he stayed cause he wanted to make sure the furnace fired up to stage 2. I didn't know what that was so he described it to me. I told him, I've never heard the furnace get louder or hotter than this. After 18 minutes, it never triggered stage 2. He did it manually and said I should have heard and felt it by now. Big Difference! - Phet looked up the Lennox model to check its wiring diagrams and realized it should have kicked in at 10 min (he told me its different for different brands). - He poked around for another 10 minutes and figured out the issue. The furnace had been installed (previous owner) expecting a 2 stage thermostat. However, I only had wires to support a 1 stage thermostat. He change jumpers to tell the furnace its a one stage thermostat and restarted the furnace. - 10 minutes later (to the second...I was timing it), the furnace went from stage 1 to stage 2 by itself. For years, the bedrooms upstairs were too cold and I always figured its just the vents or window seals or something. Nope, it was the furnace basically working at HALF capacity. All this time, I've been using space heaters in those bedrooms. Because of the technician's thoroughness and knowledge, he solved a problem I hadn't even called him for. AA Service Company gives five-star service. We've used them for a decade and have nothing but praise for them. The past few times we've needed our twice-a-year checkup, Phet has come out as our service technician. He is thoughtful, knowledgeable and quick. We always get a time window for our appointment and regular calls to let us know how his schedule is going. The updates are nice. Even better is the quality of service. Phet is kind and incredibly competent as a service professional. He has spotted potential trouble with our system, pointed out long-term options and short-term fixes, but never with the intention of "up-selling" equipment or service. Because of his competence, we've never had anything but very minor repairs, filter changes, system cleaning and set-up for the heating or cooling season.
