The technician was very thorough and great communicator. He may have saved our lives because he found that the flute was no longer attached to the hot water heater and reattached it until the company that installed it. He preceded to provide annual maintenance to our furnace and was very thorough. (See More)

Came back from vacation and my 25 year old A/C was out. Called AA (they are my regular HVAC company for many years) and they came out the next day - A part was needed and it came in the next day and they got it working. I suppose I'm getting old and forgetful. I called AA to schedule the annual cleaning and service of the a/c before the hot weather came. The very polite agent couldn't find a record of me at first because I had completely spaced furnace and a/c service last year . . . something I never forget. Worried about the lack of maintenance, I asked if I could schedule both the a/c AND furnace serviced at the same appointment. The very polite agent said "sure and that will save you $20". Kraig was scheduled to arrive at 8A Thursday. At 7:56, I got a phone call from him saying he was five minutes away. He must have had little traffic since he arrived at exactly 8A. He introduced himself and soon asked why I had scheduled A/C and furnace service on the same day. I retold the above to him and he explained that buying both at once through their service contract is what saved me $20. He explained the other advantages of the service contract and advised that I wait until the fall to service the furnace. Kraig could not have nicer. He didn't waste time and got right to work. When finished, he explained what he had done and walked me through the paperwork. Its 94 degrees outside right now and I'm comfortably relaxing in my living room where it's 74. AA did a great job and I recommend them highly. (See More)

I came back from a trip close to middle of the night and the heater was not blowing hot air. My family and I were freezing and it was also during winter. I was so afraid the family would get sick from being so cold so I picked up the phone and called AA Service Co. They transferred my call to Kraig and he was a life saver. He gave me tips on what I can do to possibly fix the problem over the phone and when nothing worked, he came over immediately to help me to repair the heater, it was almost 1 o'clock in the morning. He was very nice and professional about the service he provided and he was able to repair the heater so that my family wouldn't freeze. I would definitely recommend AA Service Co and Kraig to anyone who needs heating and AC helps. (See More)

This Thanksgiving weekend, one of my furnaces went out. I called before 6:00 pm on Saturday night and Kraig was at my door before 7:30. My unit is outside, so he had to work in the cold and dark. A plugged orifice was the problem (our weather has been pretty breezy and stormy) and it was quickly fixed so that I could leave the house in an hour. Pretty amazing service on a rainy holiday weekend Saturday night. (See More)

We are not very satisfied. We had to reserve our maintenance call months in advance because they are "booked up." When the service guy arrived he told my wife that our maintenance agreement had expired, and he charged us $267.00. I called the office the next day and found out that the agreement had NOT expired ... the guy told us a directly false statement. Then, he replaced the air filters that were only 3 months old (we are paying top dollar for 12 month filters). Then he tried to charge us for flame sensors that were quite new (the furnaces are only 2 years old). After I insisted, he agreed to replace them under warranty. Then he charged us for humidifier pads, although he didn't have them on hand, despite us telling him specifically NOT to. This is a lot to go wrong on one visit! I called the office (twice ... they did not return my call as promised) and they tried to placate me, but I did not get the sense that this was unusual for them. I assume that they are competent at their work but they will try to upcharge you for everything. (See More)

I had a problem on a very cold day.No heat!. I called AA for an emergency appointment..Kraig H called me back in a matter of minutes on a Sunday.. Told me he would be at my condo at 4pm.. Called 15 min early to tell me he was running on time.. Fixed blower motor in less then 1 hour.Not expensive at all... Very professional.. Great service.. I wanted to contact AA Service directly and take the time to praise the services you provided me yesterday. So many people don't think twice before filing a complaint when services are poor but never take the time to give positive feedback when it is warranted to do so......with that being said, thank you for your superior services you provided me yesterday. I called late morning and had a tech come the same day - so AA Services from the the initial phone call-to dispatch-to diagnostics-to-repair-to final walk through........ were phenomenal! Superior services all around! Kraig H. was absolutely amazing! He went over and beyond to help me. I am a single mother with 4 children and because of Kraig, I can sleep with ease and comfort that we will be safe. He provided exceptional customer service and I truly believe he is an expert in this field. He is credible and professional and most of all, very efficient. He recommended solutions in a way I could understand. His invoice was clear and concise (I could read the notes perfectly, which is NOT the norm) and he tested and retested for carbon monoxide readings which was one of my major concerns. I have used AA Service for more than ten years and have always been pleased with their service. I currently live in a large condo building and we scheduled multiple units over a 2 day period. When the tech arrived, (Kraig H) he immediately began complaining about the number of units he had to do and how long he would be at the building. Normally the inside unit is inspected before going to the room to do the compressors. This time all he did was look at the filter, perhaps trying to save time. However, it is not my fault that too many units were scheduled for one person. AA should have sent another tech, or limited the number for each day. I do not feel I got their normal level of service this time. (See More)
