Our furnace was failing and we were getting a new furnace installed the next day. Called to have a tech check our our furnace that was making noise and giving off a burning type smell. Despite being told there were 2-3 appointments ahead, Peter G showed up in about an hour. Checked amperage and motors and all checked out ok. Peter patiently explained everything he was checking and the results. While he was there he did find out humidifier was not working and replaced the solenoid. Now we are comfortable with good heat & humidity and peace of mind knowing the furnace is working. (See More)

Outstanding service! Had major power surge due to a lighting strike on my roof during and blew out my A/C. I had several other appliances go out as well that required repairman and AA was the first service tech to show up. They were great in diagnosing and quickly replacing and repairing the parts that were needed. They were very thorough with the billing so I won't have any issues when filing my insurance claim. I needed work done on my malfunctioning central air-conditioning unit. AA Service sent out Petr G to do the work. After he finished, Petr explained clearly and concisely what he had done and the parts he needed to finish the job. The condenser would come on with a loud, annoying bang. The company that did the installation said that the problem is with the wiring. It is hooked up to an eight guage wire, but a six guage is what the company wanted me to change it to. They wanted an exhorbatent fee to make the change. I needed another opinion. So I called AA Service Co. Petr G. arrived at my house in less than two hours after I called AA Service Co. In only a few minutes, he understood the issue. In fact, Petr understood the problem even before I was able to finish my description. He said immediately that the problem is best suited for an electrician rather that AA Service Co. He said that it would be to my advantage to have an electrician run a six guage wire from the circuit breaker to the condenser. Petr was very honest. He could have tried to sell the same type of very expensive solution to the problem that the other company was pushing. But, instead, he gave me his professional opinion regarding the use of an electrician rather than an A/C company. He was not only knowledgeable, but very courteous, When he was finished, he refused to take any money for the visit. I was very impressed by the entire experience. Peter Grinberg is an excellent Technician. We had an issue with our air conditioner that was making a pulsing sound. We were told it was probably our new thermostat causing the problem. When Peter came out he heard the noise and quickly identified the problem. It was our coil which was frozen.Peter took the time to hear my frustration since we had several people comoe out and the noise never happened when they were present. Peter was professional, polite and explained thoroughly what happened. He took the time to show me the coil issue. The weather was heating up outside and Peter made no promises but explained how long i was dealing with the issue and wanted immediate resolution. AA Sservice made the best effort and had soomeone in my place the very next day to install the new coil. Mike was the person who came and again, very professional, friendly and thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done. I was working from home that day holding conference calls and Mike managed not to be loud at all. I was interrupted by noise at all. Both Peter and Mike were great in performing their jobs and communicating with me on the issue. The best thing is AA Service is a top notch company with all their employees being professional and friendly no matter what the circumstances. I have been using AA Service for many years, and have the annual maintenance plan. They remind me twice a year that it's time to have either my furnace or a/c unit checked. Petr checked my a/c recently, and reminded me that the inducer motor needed replacing (I had been postponing doing this). Plus he said that the condenser coils needed to be cleaned. AA Heating and Cooling provided an estimate and installed a new air conditioner unit. In addition, they had performed furnace repair and cleaning, as well as my air conditioner cleaning... all since I bought my home three months ago. Neither my furnace nor my air conditioner was regularly maintained. Within eight days of moving into the home, the ignitor switch in my furnace broke causing the tempurature in the home to drop to 45 degrees. Panicked, I called AA Heating and Cooling to come out but expected to get ripped off since I am a new homeowner. The gentleman treated me with respect and explained what the issue was. I signed up immediately for an annual maintenance plan. Two days later, the new ignitor switch went bad. AA Heating and Cooling returned promptly, replaced the switch again and fully cleaned out the furnace that evening, although the appointment for the cleaning was scheduled for later that week. Fast forward to June, AA Heating and Cooling returned to clean my air conditioner. Now, this thing was old and looked like it was dropped from an airplane! They got it going and pumped just enough freon to cool my house while I investigated my options. In addition to several other companies, I called Brock from AA Heating and Cooling to provide an estimate. Other companies provided high estimates and "treated me like a woman", indicating I needed both a new air conditioner unit and furnace together. One said they wanted to have my electrical box inspected as well. Brock, on the other hand, gave me a quote, explained the cost, offered financing and did so without causing me to stress out. Unlike the others, the quote Brock provided was THE amount, period. He was willing to stand by his quote and would not increase it if there was an issue found when the unit was installed. Other companies were unwilling to do that. The installers arrived a few minutes early and worked well together. I was busy addressing other home tasks as they took care of everything. I could not be happier with my experiences with AA Heating and Cooling. Everyone there has been fabulous! (See More)

Our heater seemed to stop working so I called AA and they answered right away. It was 7pm on a Thursday night. I left my phone number with the operator and Petr, the technician on call, responded in about 5 minutes. After discussing the issue for about 5 mins, he said he will be arriving within 2 hours. He arrived in about 90 mins and was here for about 45 mins. He fixed two issues with the heater and instructed me the best type of filter to get based on the system we have in place in the condo. We have been very happy with AA thru the years, when Petr recommended Scott K to come to the house to give us an estimate he was here right away, He along with Petr are the most plesant employee's we have come across in years, Keep up the good work.

AA Service is excellent. I called today because our boiler was out. (We have 3 heating systems that are complicated and Petr keeps it all straight.) They were able to make a few adjustments in scheduling and he was at our door in 20 minutes. Petr knows his stuff and is kind, professional and always explains what he is doing. We always insist on Peter. Has been servicing our furnace and air conditioner for many years.
Can't say enough good things about AA Service. About a year and a half ago we had avery bad snow storm and our furnace went out. Called AA and got a immediate return call. Driving conditions were horrible. Service man said I will be there as soon as I can get through the storm. Fixed the furnace and we didn't have to spend a night freezing.
