John, I wanted to say thank you for all the of your assistance with getting my new furnace and AC installed. Please pass along my thanks to Frank and Mike who did the install yesterday. They were fantastic!!! The new system is great! The AC unit is so quiet! I normally don't do reviews but these guys exceeded my expectations. From the sales phase to the installation, everything was fantastic. I feel John matched me up with a high quality system at a great price. Frank, Scott, and Jason made a complex total system replacement seem easy. AA is phenomenal at what they do, and I am so pleased with the results! First, Scott K. visited the job site and gave a thoughtful and thorough estimate. The day of the installation, Mike K., Frank P., and Mario P. were right on time and really went above and beyond. Their attention to detail was readily apparent, and they took the time to explain the new equipment. It's one thing to have expertise. It's another to care about your customers. AA Service Co. Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us this week and did a wonderful job. Frank ********* and his associate did all the work. They arrived exactly on time at 7:30 AM and began work immediately. The old furnace was removed and the new one taken to the basement in perhaps an hour. I was amazed at the speed at which they worked and their organization. The new furnace was installed before noon with all the sheet metal work, electrical work, and gas piping done. After lunch, they installed the new air conditioner outside and by 2:30 PM the job was done. Frank is an outstanding technician and is both polite and does a great job. We have used this firm for many years (20 years?) and never had anything but outstanding service from them. I recommend them and Frank very highly. (See More)

I am so pleased with my experience with AA Service. I replaced 21 yrs ago, and had to do it again, after talking with Scott K, and becoming educated on comfort vs heating/cooling, the clear choice was comfort. The install crew was great, they did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, and everything is working great, just in time for this extreme heat wave! (See More)

Watch out! Not all experiences are good.
AA made a MAJOR mistake while trying to install a furnace in my condo. Their worker triggered the fire sprinkler, and 1000’s of gallons of black, contaminated water filled my condo. My place was mostly destroyed, trashing the floors, subfloors, walls, cabinets, furniture, etc.
AA said they were “100% liableâ€, but, after more than 1 month, they have done 0% to rebuild my beloved condo. I am staying in a hotel because my place is unlivable. Most of my stuff has been lost.
AA keeps giving me promises, but no plans or action to begin to fix the massive damage that they admit they caused.
Watch out for their reviews. Sometimes, if something (ie, a "great" reputation) sounds too good to be true, it might not be true. (See More)

One of our ac units started to show age and it was time to replace the coil. Frank did an outstanding job, his supervisor showed up to check on the status and at the end we have nice cool air again. Frank showed up on time and explained what he was doing, informed me to check on the smoke detectors as they might go off as he was soldering the pipes back on (didn't go off actually). Overall a very pleasant experience, again with AA Service. (See More)
