AA is phenomenal at what they do, and I am so pleased with the results! First, Scott K. visited the job site and gave a thoughtful and thorough estimate. The day of the installation, Mike K., Frank P., and Mario P. were right on time and really went above and beyond. Their attention to detail was readily apparent, and they took the time to explain the new equipment. It's one thing to have expertise. It's another to care about your customers. I am so pleased with my experience with AA Service. I replaced 21 yrs ago, and had to do it again, after talking with Scott K, and becoming educated on comfort vs heating/cooling, the clear choice was comfort. The install crew was great, they did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, and everything is working great, just in time for this extreme heat wave! (See More)
