AA has been the company we use for heating and cooling for over 15 years, and it is because they always do a great job. After nearly 20 years, it was time to replace our system. John S (the sales representative) did an excellent job of explaining our options, and then Eric S and Tyler M did a superb job of installing it. They were prompt, courteous, and were always very careful in our home. We had some follow-up questions after installation, and John S (sales rep) came back to our home to answer our questions in person. We are very satisfied with AA Service, and we would highly recommend them. John, Eric, and Tyler all did a great job! (See More)

AA Service Co. is the best! Our old heating unit died on New Year's Day. But AA Service Co quickly dispatched a serviceman and later a salesman to our home and within an hour we were set for the installation of our new unit. Jason B. and Tyler M. installed our new Carrier heater. They did a remarkably professional job. Their work was clean and efficient. Upon completion of the installation they provided a clear explanation of the work they performed and detailed instructions as to how I should maintain the proper humidity level and how to properly switch from winter to summer settings, along with several other helpful hints. We highly recommended AA Service Co for all your heating and air conditioning needs. (See More)

Jason B. and Tyler M. arrived on time to installnew furnace and A/C
on 7/24/15. They were courteous and began work immediately.
We noticed how clean they kept the work site, how efficiently they removed the old and installed the new, how well they communicated with each other to finish the job in record time. We are very satisfied with their work and AA Service in general.

Superb professional service. Jeremy H, MIchael J and Tyler performed above and beyond the expectations arriving by 8 am and not departing until nearly 7 pm to install a full new HVAC system and to clean and correct issues prior equipment supplier/installers had created. MIchael J., Jeremy H. and Tyler arrived today to install an entire new HVAC system for our first floor after 20 years. They were extraordinarily quiet, extremely professional and quite helpful in explaining what had happened with the failed system (after 20 years), what they were installing and how it worked. They cleaned up, even things they were not responsible for, and solicited our concerns, questions and asked that we call any of them if we had continuing problems. They explained equipment they had not installed and pointed out issues that might need quick correction or maintenance due to questionable installation or prior installation, maintenance, or related matters. Despite the fact that it was the day before the July 4th holiday weekend and one of them had an adult hockey league game, they refused to leave until a troublesome existing 'smart' thermostat was not only functioning but also fully programmed to the new equipment. Outstanding excellent service. I would not consider another company or service professionals for my HVAC service. (See More)

Just had a new furnace and AC unit put in. Couldn't be happier with the complete service received from AA Service. From my first meeting with Scott, who patiently answered all my questions, and came out twice to meet with me, to the wonderful installers Jason, Jeremy and Tyler who made the day long installation seem easy. I was impressed with how efficiently Jason Jeremy and Tyler worked to install everything, and even more impressed when they had finished their work but stayed to walk me through everything they did, and ensure that I was aware of each feature on everything they installed. I couldn't be happier than with my choice of selecting AA Service for this job! (See More)

The AA Service team is a thrill to work with and provides fantastic service and quality. Not only have they serviced my legacy unit flawelssly and typically come out within 24 hours, they just installed a whole new AC/Furnace and I can't wait to feel the added comfort and save $ given the higher effieciency. Everyone that has been out to help has been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and focused on pleasing their customers with great products and repair service. Job well done. AA Service had their estimator out to my house to figure out what type of equipment would meet our needs within 12 hours of diagnosing the problem and advising the futility of further repairs on such old equipment. In less than 24 hours, Jeremy ** and Tyler ** came to my home to replace my old furnace. They were polite, clean and efficient, arrived on time, explained everything I needed to know and left the work space and house as neat and clean as they found it. They finished earlier than expected, another plus! I believe I got a good price and cannot think of how any other company or their employees could have been nicer or done a better job. (See More)
