John, I wanted to say thank you for all the of your assistance with getting my new furnace and AC installed. Please pass along my thanks to Frank and Mike who did the install yesterday. They were fantastic!!! The new system is great! The AC unit is so quiet! With my old system, the only way I would know if it was actually working, was from the loud noise from both the outside AC unit and the blower! Again, thank you! (See More)

I had a furnace replaced and AA was very helpful in discussing the alternatives. The installer was a real pro and had apprentices he was training. It was a challenging installation and Mike really thought it through. He was creative and did a first rate job. I will have him do the installation work on my next furnace replacement. (See More)

AA is phenomenal at what they do, and I am so pleased with the results! First, Scott K. visited the job site and gave a thoughtful and thorough estimate. The day of the installation, Mike K., Frank P., and Mario P. were right on time and really went above and beyond. Their attention to detail was readily apparent, and they took the time to explain the new equipment. It's one thing to have expertise. It's another to care about your customers. Have been using AA Service for decades. In late summer installed new HVAC at home and retrofitted zoning. They told us to give it a test run in AC, let it flip to heating and test that and to give them a call. We had some temperature inconsistencies that they took care of pronto at no additional cost. I'll probably be using them for the next few decades. (See More)

I am so pleased with my experience with AA Service. I replaced 21 yrs ago, and had to do it again, after talking with Scott K, and becoming educated on comfort vs heating/cooling, the clear choice was comfort. The install crew was great, they did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, and everything is working great, just in time for this extreme heat wave! (See More)

A terrific job! We recently replaced an older gas furnace and ac condenser with AA Service. Mike K stopped by the house a few days before the scheduled installation to review the conditions on the site and make preparations; it was clear to me that he had many years experience and knew what issues to address. On installation day a team of four technicians headed by Mike arrived on time and were able to replace the system in a day. All were courteous and the finishes in our house were well protected. When all was complete, Mike K spent time explaining the system control panel and the system components in the mechanical room to me. I'm happy to recommend AA Service. (See More)

My husband and got a new furnace and A/C installed by AA Service Co about a month ago and we couldn't be happier. We replaced a VERY old system from a house built in the 1890s, so it was quite a big project. The guys at AA are great, not only super knowledgeable, but also friendly, helpful and punctual. The work was done in exactly the amount of time estimated and the cost was "all inclusive" meaning it included future modifications, like opening up vents to a bigger size in some rooms and moving ducts during a kitchen renovation (as well as future maintenance). The guys at AA, Mike K., Michael J., are fantastic, completely service oriented, reliable and trustworthy. I recommend AA Service Co. to anyone looking for HVAC work to be done. (See More)

The AA Service team is a thrill to work with and provides fantastic service and quality. Not only have they serviced my legacy unit flawelssly and typically come out within 24 hours, they just installed a whole new AC/Furnace and I can't wait to feel the added comfort and save $ given the higher effieciency. Everyone that has been out to help has been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and focused on pleasing their customers with great products and repair service. Job well done.
