Tommy S. went above and beyond the call of duty. During this lockdown period, he helped with everything he could while he was here. He was very knowledgeable, but more than that, he was an outstanding human being. I wish all the people who come to the house for inspection or repairs would be like Tommy. We are long time happy customers. And that happiness is even more so when one of our systems has a problem and one of your technicians comes to our rescue. This time it was Tommy who came out. One of our ACs went on the blink, exactly one week prior to our scheduled maintenance visit (with Tommy). With 90 degree heat and high humidity outdoors, I truly appreciated Ryan getting someone out the same day - and that the someone was Tommy, who has been to our house before, made me even happier. Tommy arrived, assessed, and fixed the issue. Numerous hours later, the temperature hadn't dropped and we weren't feeling much cool air through the vents. I was concerned that if the AC was so working hard and the temperature wasn't dropping that we might have an additional problem. I didn't want the coils to freeze in its efforts to cool so, I called after hours Service hoping to ask the on call technician could tell me whether I should shut it down or not. It was Tommy who quickly responded to the call. He spoke with us, had us check a couple of things, and determined the unit was working - and explained that it dehumidifies before cooling in this situation. Tommy said the temp should come down, and if there were any concerns, to call in the morning. It finally began to cool and by morning had hit the target temperature. A few minutes before 8:00 AM the next morning, we received a follow up call from Tommy to check on how the system was running. We appreciate his professionalism, his skills, his commitment to customer service and his care. He seems to be a genuinely nice guy as well. We felt we shouldn't be on the receiving end of all this without sharing it with you - Tommy's supervisor. We look forward to seeing Tommy next week and HOPE he says everything is in great shape. Tommy came out today to perform my annual maintenance. As Tommy drove in, he saw that I had on a walking cast from surgery, and told me he would take it to the street. After Tommy completed his work, he told me that the trash truck, had just come by and was he was going to bring in the trash can for me. This shows me that Tommy is a genuinely a nice person. He cares about people and about your customers! I just wanted to make sure you know what type of employee you have working for you! (See More)

On Monday July 29th my air conditioner decided to fizzle on me. The fan worked but the AC compressor stopped.Tommy S. was already in the building working on another condo air conditioner so I quickly called AA Service and got authorization for him to finish up and then come into my Condo. In both cases he clearly knew his way around an AC unit and within 30 minutes had mine repaired and functional. He was quick, pleasant, efficient and the price was right. This young man is a credit to his profession and to AA Service. I will use this company again when needed in a heartbeat. I am that satisfied. Good job Tommy!!! (See More)

I want to thank the tech, Tommy (young Tom), for spotting a leak in my basement ceiling and then giving me very good advice about how to deal with it. Tommy suggested I save myself some plumbing fees by removing some drywall around the leak myself. Best I saved $200 doing so, and was able to ID the leak location. As he suspected it proved to be the commode above leaking at the base under the toilet and therefore not visible. Needless to say, I really appreciate this level of amazing service - he was willing to take some time with me, not unlike old Tom did with my dad over the 30-40 years your company has serviced this house and our HVAC. We’ve been using this company for years. Their service is superior. Over the years they have solved many heating and air conditioning problems for us. Most recently during a winter service checkup,our technician, Tommy S. discovered our dryer vent was disconnected and reconnected it for us. That was practically a life saver for us. Making a service call appointment is effortless. The company calls us the night before the appointment and the technician calls the day of service to let us know he’s on his way to our house. Tommy S. responded to my phone call on a Sunday, the day before I was scheduled for surgery. I had no heat, and was concerned about going to the hospital leaving my little dog in the cold. Tommy arrived within an hour of my call. He replaced a part in the furnace that was under warranty and, as a result, I had heat in my unit. Tommy has serviced my unit twice. Both times he was responsive, pleasant, explained the problem clearly, and was very kind to my much-too-friendly dog, Adele. Thank you, Tommy. Tommy S, on 11/9/15 was over to my house to clean and check my furnace. He arrived in the time frame that I was given when I set up the appointment. I was totally satisfied with the work he performed in servicing my furnace. He was very competent and displayed a thorough knowledge of the workings of my specific Carrier brand model. In addition he is extremely courteous and polite. I was able to ask him various questions about the condition of my furnace without feeling that I was "bothering" him. Tommy went over and above what I expected. He was determined to find the cause of my roof-top furnace switching off after running for short periods. He went back up to the roof many times and finally solved the problem - drywall dust in the filter following the installation of a new dropped ceiling in the room and a new painting job both of which caused the filter to become totally clogged. We had a new air conditioner installed by another company 15 months ago. Slightly one year later (after the warranty had expired, of course), the unit did not work properly. Despite having a rep from that company come out and find nothing wrong, the problem persisted. We called AA Service Co and Tommy came out to investigate. Within minutes he determined the new unit was not properly charged when installed, and thus did not have enough refrigerant. He fixed the problem quickly, and the unit is working great. This company is outstanding, and the reps are knowledgeable. They were able to accommodate us during the first heat wave of the spring. I was very impressed and will call them for any future heating/cooling issues. This company is the best in the area. (See More)

AA Service impeccably installed two furnaces in our 3 story rowhouse. They have maintained them without any problems ever since. They arrive when they say they will, are neat, pleasant and thorough. Tommy S. did a great job with my annual maintenance check. He explained the differences (pros/cons) of filters levels (FPR 4 to 10). I like to change my filter often so he explained the best way to change the filter on my furnace model. I was very pleased with the maintenance check on my air conditioner last week. The technician, Tommy S. was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was especially thoughtful about not tracking in any mud from out by the condenser and answered all my questions that I had. He was very timely and I appreciate that. Excellent. Finally there is an HVAC company with reputable, skilled and honest employees. You can trust their diagnosis without having to get second opinions etc. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Additionally, they are the only people we've had in our home that have been cautious of our walls and floors while doing work. (See More)
