This is the best company I've had the pleasure of doing business with. From the very beginning complete thru to the end of a boiler instIalation, I encountered many different level employees and all of whom were cut from the same stone: professional, clean, courteous, hard-working. they took extreme pride in their work showing me they had high moral compasses. Paul explained perfectly the entire procedure. while representing his company exceptionally well, he made himself available 24/7 to insure our complete satisfaction, and designed the perfect plan which met our every need. The installer, Dom, is an absolute picaso of boiler design! We never thought it could look like art . With so much experience behind him you know it was done Correctly! We're so glad we didn't use a genetic plumber especially now that we saw how much specific experience is involved. Brian was here bright and early one morning to address issue, to our satisfaction, even if it cost him labor costs because he cared that the job was done right and gave us peace of mind at every turn. Dom's assitant, Chris was another example of a high caliber . Subsequently, I've had other pleasant experiences with technitions Joe Pat and Frank. Joy is always a joy and alwayd on the ball. Thank you for a job(s) well done. Its never fun to call a contractor but this company offers more than a fix they give peace of mind!

Our AC system went down one night last week. The next day Unique sent Pat, one of its service techs, over to see what was up. Pat is a very friendly & confident young man, who assured us that he would be able fix the problem whatever it was. He was right! He entered the attic crawl space to inspect the system and within a few minutes had analyzed & solved the problem.. A drain pipe was blocked and to protect our house from being flooded the system automatically shut down. It was a pleasure having Pat in our home. He was very professional, knowledgeable & friendly.

Normally I would give Unique Indoor Comfort a 5 star rating, but this last time I was given a 3 hr. window in which no one showed nor called. After this I contacted them and was told the service person would call me back. Almost an hour later I got a call but list contact with the caller. I called the office back and asked if the service person could call again but never did. After almost another hour I called again only to be things they would be unable to make it that day. I had put aside a 3 hour block of time and then waited another 2 hrs. plus and then had to do it all over again the following day. Chris M. came out the following day and he was very good. Kind, knowledgeable, professional, clean. I would give him 5 stars.

George is the reason Unique will have me as a customer for as long as he works there. George went above and beyond to fix a number of complex issues at my new home. He stayed late on a Friday to make sure it was done and done right. He walked me through everything and made sure everything was exactly as I wanted it and cleaned up so it looked like no one was every there. Please only use this company when thinking of that huge investment to install your AC system. You will not be sorry! It’s worth every single penny. And if you are as lucky as i am... Trong will be your head installer. Every day he and his team were in my home, (a week) he took so much time to go over every detail of the work they were doing that day. Then showed me at the end of each day all they had done and how it works. His skill and knowledge of this field is mind blowing. Truly. Not to mention how kind, attentive and personable. Plus...my house was literally cleaner every time they left. I never thought I’d be sad to see workmen go after a long week of installing, but i was. My kids and i actually enjoyed and looked forward to them each day (especially Trong).

Trong and Tan were two of the neatest, hard-working, most respectful contractors I've ever had in my home. They had a big job--installing a high-velocity A/C system over the course of 6 days. And from start to finish, they did it right. They carefully covered every surface of every room they worked in, never getting debris on any of our furniture. They were quiet and efficient in their work and always showed up when they said they would. They even helped me repair an old doorknob that happened to break during the course of their work (through no fault of their own). I truly could not have asked for a better installation experience.
