Poor service response. Zack could not identify the problem and said that the equipment checked out ok. Compressor failed multiple times after each elecrtial reset. Hopefully José will find and fix the problem.

Ruslan came to our house after we had called another company which tried to sell us another new unit!! Ours is only 5 yrs old! Ruslan cam with in a couple hours - made the repairs, was fast, professional and just an all around good person.

Mike reassured me, that I will have a technician to call me on his way to my house. Francisco came during the afternoon and repaired the problem. Good service, good job Francisco! Ed Snyder saved my day....when my 7 year old compressor (under a 10 year old warranty) blew the ones who installed it gave me a price to fix it at three times what Ed gave after consulting the warranty to see if it was registered....the previous installers said my warranty was no good!! In addition, Ed said how he loved working for Tricounty as it really "walked the walk" of a true Christian ethic....honest estimate for honest work....I have to wait for the work to be done but have no doubt it will be excellent...can't give enough praises for Tricounty!

ed is always on time and always calls to tell you when he will be at your houseHe is very mindfull not to track any dirt into the house and asks if it is alright to come and go without knocking. He is very friendlyand I like t see that it is him servicing my air conditioner.
