Excellent customer service with knowledgeable service advisor and technicians. These folks do not try to "upsell" you on parts and services that are not needed and their annual maintenance agreement provides a 15% discount on parts when needed. Tech was on time, professionally dressed and very thorough. I highly recommend this company if you need HVAC service, particularly if you have a Lennox HVAC system.

I guess Adam was the person who answered the phone and set up the A/C appointment with Greg - Went fine- no issues -and Greg was here as promised . Greg in my opinion did a fine thorough job and always has - I would actually prefer he always be the person sent here -

I have known Troy for twenty years. He was the one who serviced our heat and air conditioner units when we moved to Arizona. He also sold us our current unit. I trust his work and his advice. Now that he is in management he is able to be of service to more customers. When I had a problem with my ac unit he sent Greg to fix it. Greg did a great job and was a credit to the company. I would recommend him to anyone needing ac/heating service.
