I've never felt so scammed in my life!!! We had a very minor problem with out heater so we called comfort solutions. It took them 3 different visits by 3 different technicians to fix the problem and in the end they said they had to re-wire our control module. Then when we tried to turn on our previously perfectly working air conditioner it wouldn't work. When the technician came out he said it had been wired incorrectly and now was shot and said that we need to pay $500 for a new model. When I got on-line and saw them priced for $53 the technician made a "phone call"' and suddenly the price was $250, but then they wanted another $100 to do a diagnostic. Frustrated I called another company who fixed the entire problem by simply re-wiring (or fixing the work of the comfort solutions tech who had re-wired it in the winter). DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS WITH NO INTEGRITY OR CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! (would give them 0 stars if possible) In the end it cost us $90 this spring for them to fix absolutely nothing!!!!

Comfort Solutions is high quality HVAC company. From my first interactions with John, to the estimate, low pressure sales, and excellent installation, my whole experience was positive. Jeremey did a fantastic job leading the install. Everything he and his team worked on was done professionally and with care. I could tell Jeremy takes pride in his work and it showed in the finished product. I also appreciate that Comfort Solutions takes the time to peer review everything they do. They take pictures and videos of their work, send others out to inspect the install first hand, etc... That gave me much greater confidence the job would be done right and I'd have an advocate if it wasn't.

Paul H. Did a great job installing our fireplace insert. He took great care to cover my carpet and floors to make sure he not track dirt inside my house. Our insert looks beautiful and he completed the project quickly and efficiently. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who wants a fireplace insert.

Easily the best install team I have ever encountered with any project I've ever worked on (both business and personal). Had Tyler & Anthony run a gas line, wood frame, in addition to the fireplace unit. They were able to fish the line without cutting into drywall which was impressive. I also asked for adding the new bluetooth option so I can control the fireplace off my phone and even though both guys had spent a long day working on the install, they didn't want to leave until they could see I got it off my phone! I'm pretty sure other contractors would just say "good luck" and be gone... not these guys. Highly recommend this company Period!

Juan was an excellent service provider who was very professional, neat and tidy. He was also thorough and knowledgeable. My handyman later commented that the work was very clean and didn't require too much effort to fill the sheetrock after holes were made to run the line. Thank you for a job well done.

Wayne is what you want in a technician when you are making an investment into your home. He seemed to have a very good working relationship with the sales force and management. They communicated well and that was important because my simple install got unexpectedly complicated. The work he ended up having to do was not easy! He ran into obstacles that had to be thought out and resolved on site. It kept him at my home well into the evening. Wayne knows what he is doing and he made it a point to keep me in the loop so that I knew comfort solutions had my back on the project. He simply had a great attitude throughout the entire process. Oh....and did I mention, it was his birthday! I didn't even know until he was packing up for the night. Not one time did he act rushed, irritated or inconvenienced by the delays. This company has great people from top to bottom. I'll never use anyone else. CW
