Jon W from Armstrong Plumbing showed up early and de-scaled my tankless water heater for a fair price. He showed me how to do it myself too. He also, for no charge, looked at my toilet (phantom flushing) and told me what the problem was and that it was an easy fix I could do myself. He was polite and put on shoe covers. Couldn’t ask for more.

Ramon is awesome! He and his assistant were courteous, professional and right on time. This is the second time we’ve used Armstrong Plumbing and they are head and shoulders above plumbers I’ve had in the past. Their trucks and equipment are first rate, their plumbers are knowledgeable and go out of their way to explain what they are doing and why. They represent their employer very well, they take pride in their work. They are careful to always wear masks and keep 6 feet distanced (we first used Armstrong in April, just weeks into the pandemic shut down). I have used Armstrong for my water softer install and they were great. This time I called Armstrong told the lady on the phone I have a leak under the kitchen sink w my filters. Why would they not advise the plumber so that he has the right tools. I felt that I paid 165.00 for nothing. Send someone experienced in that area ??? Filters can leak if not changed from all the minerals collected from the water, it’s called build up. I don’t use the water from my kitchen sink to drink so I removed the water filtration myself. I could not see paying an Add’l 80 something an hour or 30mins. Their base rate is first 30mins 165.00 felt ripped off and no fix????? I can see 50.00 for a no fix but 165.00 crazy. Ramon Miranda came by today to assess the toilet that was backed up. He was really nice and explained everything he was doing in a way that it would be easy for me to understand. He was very polite, fast, and identified the issue without bullshit. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
