Luis, the tech was very helpful and patient. The company charges astronomical charges. Luis came on Sunday therefore the charge was $119. Then he charged $175 for labor. He wasn"t at my house for 10 min. and didn't have the part to make the repair. It has been 6 days without air. I have called several times and no one has returned my calls. We are quite angry about this especially since this unit is only 14 months old. Ever since we opted to go with ARS, it has been one issue after the other. The company has come out to service this brand new unit at least 6 times, and now the big charges begin. Save your money and time. Go elsewhere.

Eight years ago we purchased a home HVAC system through ARS, and paid extra for their 10-year parts & labor warranty. After an earlier warranty problem with ARS, we discontinued using them for periodic maintenance, and now use Arctic Cool. The system quit working last week, and Arctic Cool quickly determined that the evaporator coil was leaking, and needed to be replaced. I contacted ARS for a warranty replacement, and they insisted on charging me over $300 for a 5-minute leak test to confirm the evaporator coil replacement need. Not only should there be no diagnostic fee to simply confirm the need for a warranty replacement, $300 for a 5-minute confirmation test is unreasonable. In short, ARS was determined to get a substantial service fee regardless of my warranty. Since I could not trust that ARS would not find something else to charge me for once they started the project, and since the coil itself was covered by the manufacturer, I had Arctic Cool replace the evaporator coil, paying their installation labor which was not much more than ARS’s $300 test fee. I have totally lost confidence in ARS’s desire and ability to stand by the labor part of their HVAC warranties.

I refused to pay the price they wanted me to pay for the part. I went to another company and paid less. Their tech was very rude and told me I was wasting his time. They wanted to charge me $99 for a service fee, plus parts and labor. My AC unit is only 3 years old and it's still under warranty. They told me the part was not covered under warranty and I called another company and they said all parts are covered under warranty. The technician that came to my house was so rude and unprofessional that my dad left work to come to my house to be a witness and to tell them they were price gouging their prices. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL TO ANYONE

We had air and heat pump installed this week and were so pleased with the results and the workers Ruben and Andrez were very kind, quiet, efficient, knowledgeable, cleaning area, and answering all our questions with patience and clarity. We have had many appliances installed in our home over 20 years, but have never experienced the quality of excellence that these two men performed. We are also after a few days of running the air so satisfied with the ease of the monitor usage and how quiet and fresh of air flow.

My experience with my HVAC units installation was good in terms on timeliness, professionalism and interaction. Steve, Brandon and Alex did a good job. In particular, Steve was was communicative and did a good job providing the post installation instructions and recommendations needed moving forward and expectations of what I should expect as next steps from their company.

Steve and Alex installed our new air conditioner on Thursday and did an incredible job. They were on time, communicated very well, and left my house very neat. They answered every question I had and gave me a tutorial on the new thermostats. All in all they did an excellent job and I would have no problems about calling them back to do more work.

Steve and Alex called to let me know when they were picking up the equipment at the warehouse and when they were on their way to the house. Upon showing up they checked out the area and began the removal of the old equipment and install of the new. They did a great job and answered any questions we had along the way. When complete they cleaned up the work area both inside and out and Steve went over all the equipment with us and gave us some tips to ensure the long lasting life of our new HVAC system. Steve and the ARS crew came in and installed 2 new units within 6 hours. The team was very polite, clean, and when they found that the sales person accidentally sold us the wrong size unit for us down stairs they took care of it immediately and saved us $900.00 and the new unit was installed on the same day without any delays. I would recommend them to anyone for a new install, repair, or maintenance. Keep up the excellent work.

Installation tech Steve and his helper Marty of ARS / Rescue Rooter Orlando did a fantastic job of replacing my AC unit. From the notifying my by phone when they were going to arrive to the swift and courteous service. The work area was left just as clean as when they arrived. Steve was very thorough in explaining and helping me set up my new controls.
