Our hot water heater went out on Christmas Eve morning and after some thought, called 888 Heating where we have been club members for over 15 years (previously Gravlin). At the office, Jodi did a terrific job of working with me to set up an appointment for the day after Christmas. She was very professional, polite and thoughtful in looking at the schedule to see what could be done. After about 30 minutes, I received a call back from Jodi about having someone available that day, Christmas Eve. As it worked out, we had a technician come by around 12:30 pm by the name of Dan Jones. He made sure that the gas to the hot water heater was disconnected, started draining the hot water tank and put together three options of a new installation for a Wednesday schedule. He was very insightful and shared information that helped me decide on next steps. The biggest thing that continued to impress me with 888 Heating was the communication of Dan with his open, honest sharing of the work needed to be done. I was very inquisitive and he answered everything easily. His moral compass seems to be consistent with what I've known of the owner, Garrett, who has been terrific to work with over the years. I had a large suburban house with a single mechanical zone. After 19 years, we finally bit the bullet and divided the house into 3 zones. A complex project, 888 Heating and Ben French did a great job re-zoning the house. I needed someone to light the pilot on my boiler. (Too chicken to try myself). I had been dealing with another company for 3 days (no heat, cold Nov.) but they just kept putting me off. So, I call 888 Heating. I get a knowledgable tech. in one day. Excellent service, I like the way you would get a text upon appointment confirmation, and another when they're on their way.

888 Heating installed our new water heater, furnace and air conditioner. They did a great job quickly and professionally. Our water gets hot much faster and our utility bills are lower. They replaced our other furnace and air conditioner a few years ago, and we have never had any issues. We researched the big box water heaters and the reviews are terrible. By the time you added installation and the other fees, the big box stores are more expensive, they try to upsell, and they don't care about the long term. 888 Heating installs water heaters, furnaces and a/c units all day long. This is a company that knows what they are doing, and that is important when you are dealing with gas lines. Update 11/18: As part of 888 Heating's service club, we recently had a different tech come out-Dan Jones. Like the other techs, he went above and beyond. I continue to be impressed with their service and knowledge. You want to feel like a company values your business and they do. I continue to recommend 888 Heating and I have only heard good things back from those who have used them.

I met Garrett and his team (Ben, Z, Jay) when they worked on a neighbor's home installing a furnace in a crawl space (I didn't even know that was possible), so that alone was impressive. We needed a new water heater that would fill my homebound mom's therapeutic tub (99 gallons). He prepared three different solutions and mom picked the best one, of course. It took him and his crew one day to install the entire thing and he even re-constructed some "errors" created by the last "professional". We are very happy. The team is polite, courteous and patient with questions and Garrett has been reliable to a "T". I know if I have any issues he is going to be there for me in the future, all I need to do is give him a call. I am also very pleased to see that everyone on his team actually loves their job and they are all very "into it". I recommend this man and his crew.

Jody contacted me for the annual tuneup and Daniel did an outstanding job of cleaning and regulating the furnace to provide safe efficient heat. Ben from 888 Heating did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgable, honest, and did a great job getting my boiler up and running again. Additionally, he was incredibly personable and patient as I had a toddler running around and screaming as we were trying to talk. He even noticed that my son had just put something in his mouth that he wasn't supposed to and alerted me to it!
