I needed a special size air filter (20x30x.75 in.) for my furnace/AC unit. The technician from Oehlert Bros. had to return to the shop, get some
filter material, cut it to size, and fit it into the filter location. He also cut an extra piece of the material for the winter months when the heater is in use. (See More)

Rich was awesome. No heat in the middle of the night. All parts tested good---not an easy problem to solve. He suspected weak seal. Disassembled and reassembled correctly with no parts needed. Saved his company some money as furnace was under warranty. Well done. I don't know a lot about gas heaters but I can recognize when someone knows what they're doing. (See More)

System went down at 3 am on a very cold night. Rich J. was the tech who responded. The problem was that no individual part checked faulty. He disassembled the whole system and determined that insufficient vacuum was probably the cause. Fixed without needing a new part and system repaired without waiting for a new part. Awesome!!! Rich J. came to service and clean our new EFM gas furnace that was installed by Oehlert Bros about two years ago. The furnace has been operating well and very efficiently. Rich was on time and did a great job, even finding and replacing a ground wire that had been altered by workmen from another company. He also made adjustments to how well it was burning and it has maintained very comfortable temperatures, (particularly in this cold spell that we're having). (See More)
