Morris Heating & Air Conditioning help us with installing a Central Air system in our house. From the beginning of securing a proposal to the installation experience and the end result ... all the folks from Morris Heating and A/C were professional, friendly and complete. Chris (sales rep), Matt, Alex and Devin (installers) were courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. They worked hard and installed our new Lennox furnace and A/C equipment as well as could be expected. We didn't get the names of the plumber, the electrician and his helper but they also worked hard and did a great job. Thanks to MH&AC for a job well-done here on Plum Island, Newburyport, MA. My furnace stopped producing heat on a cold Friday night. Matt arrived earlier than initially promised when I called the next morning. He was polite, efficient, and patiently answered my questions as he quickly got the heat going again. Excellent representative of the company. (See More)

Chris was well prepared and fully and clearly explained the options available to us. In addition, he walked us through our house recommending optimal placement of the wall units. Further, his proposal was prompt and complete and he responded quickly to our detailed questions. The Installation Team (Matt and Alex) were always professional, courteous, on time and worked steadily completing our project within the time estimate. Our old house presented a number of engineering challenges which were solved exceptionally well. The outside ducting was impeccably installed and complements our home. This was one of the most professional companies that I have had the pleasure to work with in a very long time. Andy worked hard with us to design a system that would work well in our Massachusetts beach house as well as one that we could afford. He responded quickly to any calls or emails that were sent to him and we always felt that he "was on the job". Alex and Matt spent four days at our home installing the system. They were polite, respectful and never too busy to answer a question or explain what they were working on if we inquired. The installation looks good and although we have not yet had the weather that will test the system to the max, our practice runs indicate that this will be a fabulous upgrade to our home. (See More)

These are really quality people and they made the experience glad I picked them to do 2 furnace installs at my house and will have them back to do more work . Alex and Matt did an installation of two AC air handlers and two condenser units. They were at my house for three days. They are both hard-working, professional and courteous. They were very prompt, did great work, and communicated very well with me. I highly recommend these two. (See More)

We have been a customer of Morris for the last few years since we moved into our Condo in Salisbury MA. Recently we decided to replace our aging gas furnace and air conditioning unit with high energy efficient units. We were so pleased with the process from beginning to end. The front office set up our walkthru and estimate quickly and within two weeks the new units were in and operational. Andy spent as much time as needed to map out the new system, answer our questions, and provide us with a quote on units that met our needs without going over the top and provided us with great rebates and discounts. Matt and Alex performed the install over two days. I can't say enough for how professional and courteous they were. They showed up on time, the work site was left clean each day and completed on time. Camilla and Heather coordinated the billing and our rebate process with both the manufacturer and National Grid. Matt and Alex installed a new gas furnace in our home after they removed the old one and supported the work of the plumber and electrician who were needed. This was all done in one day; efficiently, professionally, cleanly. We are very impressed by the caliber and personal demeanor of these men. Matt came out when promised when my furnace was acting up. Turns out the main issue was wholly avoidable. Matt explained to me how the furnace operated and where to view indicator lights. My furnace was working properly in no time. I learned a lot during his visit. He was personable and very informative. (See More)

The team at Morris did a great job with out brand new forced hot air/central AC system install. They were professional, courteous, and finished on time. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend or family member. Chris, their comfort advisor, did a great job of educating me and my wife on our options. Eddie, the install manager, clearly laid out a plan for the installation that fit our thoughts and we’re practical given the age of the house and it’s layout. From start to finish Morris did a great job. Andy priced the furnace and AC unit and Matt, Trevor handled the installation. They all kept me informed during the process and everything was done in a timely manner. I have used Morris to service my heating and air conditioning in the past and that is the reason I chose them when it came time to replace the units. I will continue to use Morris in the future. It went very well - from the initial talks with Chris Zaremba until having Matt & Trevor do the installation - all was done professionally and with lots of attention to detail. They worked very hard - the job took 6 days. I called Morris for a quote on a Mitsubishi Mini Split A/C system. Their representative Andy did a far better job of preparing the quote than other contractors that I had also called. He measured, took pictures of areas that I hoped would be where they could run their lines and install all necessary units. We discussed my options for the installation that I wanted. In the end they were able to do the installation exactly the way I had hoped. The job took 2 days and the 2 man crew, Matt and Trevor were great. They arrived early and went right to town on the job. They cleaned up as they went along. It was very smooth. The guys were personable and professional. (See More)

I was happy that the Mitsubishi web site rated them as a Diamond Elite installer. My salesman was Andy Previte , really knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process . Matt installed the unit and did a great job. Cleaned up the area when they finished. All in all from start to finish, everyone I dealt with was great. I had come home from being away a week to find that my heat was not working. When I called the 800 number I received a return call from Matt within 10-15 min. He was able to get to my house within the next 45 min. Unfortunately he wasn't able to repair the unit because a part was needed. The next morning i called Matt to find out if he had found the part. About 11 am he called me to tell me he had found the part after calling 4 companies. Needless to say I was very happy. Matt arrived about 2 hours later exactly when he said he would be there and fixed my heater within 30 min. Pleasant, professional and good follow up. (See More)

Very pleased with the professional service. Mathew was knowledgeable and took his time resolving our air conditioning problem of not working properly. He patiently explained in detail everything he was doing to fix the problem. After replacing the Capacitor, our air conditioner is now successfully up and running, thanks to Mathew.
