Had them install 2 heat pumps and 4 heads. Smooth process from start to finish. The sales guy I dealt with, Andy, is a class act - very comfortable with the give and take of negotiating, patient, and flexible. Knows the products and was able to give me a quote on the spot. Manny and Cody did the install - very polite, friendly, skilled, and excited about their product. They were even careful with my plants, which is very, very rare for a contractor. (See More)

Excellent experience from the start with Andy scoping out the house (inside and out) and utilizing his knowledge and his expertise to recommend how we configure 5 Mitsubishi mini-splits a/c's on 3 floors. Then came Kevin/Bobby and John to do the real work. The installation team was professional, clean, caring, on-time and very knowledgeable. This was one of the most professional companies that I have had the pleasure to work with in a very long time. Andy worked hard with us to design a system that would work well in our Massachusetts beach house as well as one that we could afford. He responded quickly to any calls or emails that were sent to him and we always felt that he "was on the job". Alex and Matt spent four days at our home installing the system. They were polite, respectful and never too busy to answer a question or explain what they were working on if we inquired. The installation looks good and although we have not yet had the weather that will test the system to the max, our practice runs indicate that this will be a fabulous upgrade to our home. (See More)

Andy P is an excellent communicator. He communicated clearly, effectively and timely. The interface between the lead installer Manny M. was seamless. I recommend using Morris for your future needs if you are looking at a ********** mini split AC/Heat pump. Manny was the lead installer who was extremely knowledgeable, communicative and a joy to work with. He showed up on time every day and cleaned the jobsite when he left for the day. We would have LOVED to have one installed but at over $4,000 for the one unit that would have been fabulous in our large family room, as two retired educators, it was just plain out of our league. I can't express how professional and talented Joel and Kevin where. We had one issue which with one phone call and two minutes of on location conversation resolved the issue. The job was done on time and to perfection. This was a two day install and the first day most of the outside work was done. Andy, I wanted to let you know that you have made my home much more comfortable. Through your recommendations of first replacing our my central home heating/cooling heat pump system. Joel and Kevin did a great job with the installation of the new Lennox system. Joel and Kevin were very professional, neat and answered all my questions. Andy as you know these condos all suffer from not having enough heating or cooling on the second and third floors due to lack of proper duct distribution as you explained to me. Your recommendation to add a ductless split heat pump system to the third floor has made a big difference in keeping my home warm. I look forward to being cooler in the summer in my studio on the third floor. I also wanted to let you know that the humidification system that you recommended that John installed on to the main system has helped so much with the dryness in my home and is keeping my artwork from being damaged. We recently had a new furnace installed by Morris Heating & Air Conditioning. I don't usually review companies but I felt like this company really deserved a great review. I worked with Andy to figure out what exactly we needed and he was extremely responsive and helpful. He didn't push us into anything he just supported everything we asked for. Our installers were Kevin and Joel. They were extremely friendly and they did a great job. They cleaned up the area afterwards and everything looks great. I worked with Camilla in the front office and she couldn't have been easier to work with. Overall they definitely have my recommendation and we will continue to use their services. (See More)

Andy was prompt,professional, and gave me a quote the same day. He also gave a time frame for when the work could be done. He explained things so it was easy to understand him. When the day came, he showed up with John R****** who did the actual work with a helper. John was outstanding. It took 2 days but was done by the end of the second day. Tec was great sold me on possible up grade. Set up date with sales representative. He I wanted a new compressor or unit. Sales rep was at 15 k to 30 k and that was over phone. Said I needed to remove my art handelers that would require me to tear out ceiling. Told him that I wanted to keep old system in place. No return call. Our excellent experience began with Andy, our Comfort Advisor who met with us and explained the installation of the Heating and Cooling System. He is very knowledgeable , experienced and professional. We met with him several times in order to make our decision and he was always willing to answer our many questions. Baldor (Eddie) was the project manager who was top notch and again explained the installation with expertise ! The actual installation was done by joel (lead manager) with Kevin assisting him. They were here two days installing the system with expertise and skill. Again, all of our questions and concerns with answered by them. The installation went smoothly and on time. On 8 Aug 2016 The installers from Morris Heating & Air Conditioning John /Blaise arrived on time in company uniforms nice clean and very professional. They were here two full days and did a fantastic job. I have never seen two employees work so well together they are like a Swiss watch. I had many questions and both were very knowledgeable. The installation was perfect. Clean up perfect. We were showed total operation. At this time I request that Management give both these employees a pay increase because they are clearly an asset to your company. It is employees like these two that make a great company. I would like conformation to see if they were compensated with a pay increase. I also give Andy a thumbs up for sending two great workers to our home. We just had a new furnace and AC unit replaced at our home by Morris Heating and Air Conditioning of Ipswich,Ma. This required a major update from the original system. Major duct work, a 2 zone installation, new thermostats and some electrical and plumbing work. This was performed by a very professional team of Manny, Louie and Christos. They answered all our question, were courteous, thoughtful and very professional and had a clean work ethic. Also want to thank Andy Previte and Project Manager Eddie for their excellent follow through in overseeing the project. I was researching estimates for HVAC when my friend Mary Ann told me that she just used Morris Heating and Air to cool and heat her home. She raved about the way the system work and that the staff was very professional. Andy P came out and gave me the estimate for the 4 inside units and the 2 outside units. What got my attention was that Andy included the electrical work needed to run the units. The other estimates did not. Andy explained how complicated the wiring would be due to where I wanted the units placed....the project would take 3 days to install. Then he went back to the office and worked the numbers...and found me rebates so that I was comfortable with the price. The installation was impeccably done by Johnny and Blaise. Johnny asked my advice when needed and even moved my window shutters down a few inches so it would look better with the wiring. All sites were left neat and clean. Johnny explained how to use and care for the system. The cooling was amazing. Within minutes the room was cool enough to make my nose cold. The bigger unit pushed the cool air into the next room and all this with whisper quiet operation. The heat warmed the room as well....I am overwhelmed by how well this system works! Back at the office, Dave answered all my questions and Andy filled out my rebates and filed my warrantys . I am so happy I found this company and give my highest recommendations for the best price...best efficiency and making it easy to use this new system. From start to finish this experience was the best! **** was so very patient, informative and helpful. I had so many questions which he was able to answer and advise me. I felt like I was able to make an informed decision by the time he finished and decided on the spot that he was the man /company that i was going to use. Plus, he came again to my home after installation to help me fill out the rebate forms. What a guy! ***** and Francesco, the installers, were great. Not only were they the cleanest workers i have EVER dealt with (***** actually took off his shoes in my house at one point) but the most considerate. When they were finished, they put everything back in place and cleaned up. One would have never known they were there except for the beautiful new unit that was on my wall. They carefull removed some of my plants, saving them so i could transplant them without my asking them. Plus, ***** actually trimmed an azalea bush to make the project pleasing to the eye. ***** was incredibly patient as he explained every detail in how to operate the unit and made sure I understood it all....never rushing me as i tried to understand all the features of the unit. And both men were so polite. Truly a pleasure to work with. I have not used the heating/cooling unit yet but when ***** was demonstrating how it works, i was sooo impressed by how quiet it was and all its features. Lastly, i want to mention Heather, the secretary. Imagine my surprise when a live person answered the phone when i first called and each and every time thereafter. She was so pleasant and accomodating when setting up the appointment and each time i have called her since. This unit looks great in my living room and i can't wait to use it. (See More)

I would highly recommend Morris Htg. I had gotten a quote from the heating company that I used for many years to service my system and thought it was was extremely high. I called Morris Htg to get another quote. ******* took all my information and set up an appointment. Andy was great to deal with and very personable. He explained what was needed and had a quote to me within a couple of days. Morris Htg. will be installing my new system! After getting several bids, Morris Heating & Air Conditioning was the only company who took the time to fully understand the problems with the system. **** and **** took a lot of time to figure out how to install dampers and zoning through out the house.
