We were having hot water problems for some time! I have 2 small children and was sick of waiting. I have heard of good ratings and jumped online to chat! A phone call was soon to follow, prompt service appt made for dx. On time courteous Mike the Plummer was on point, not pushy to get the contract and quick/clean to get the job done on my call! Sam the electrician was soon to follow to finish the job, again quick/clean and courteous! Would reccomend in a heartbeat! Thanks guys and Aiello (See More)

Michael R recently came out to our home to look at a small hole in the Lead bend connecting the downstairs bathroom to the city drainage. After discussing the 2 options to fix the issue ($1100-1200 to replace it, or $150-200 to epoxy the hole and keep an eye on it) I decided on the cheaper option for the time being. After the 5 minutes of work was completed, my bill was $323 ! He gave me half price on the service call fee($35), so I’m not sure where the extra charges came from, especially since an epoxy kit at Home Depot is $25 or less. Needless to say, they won’t be getting any referrals from me. (See More)

This was the worse service I have a leaking valve in the shower so the tech came look and leave charge 69 for coming then I got the email invoice with the diagnostic old valve need to be replace the price 1800 I will never use this company again (See More)

The service tech was very nice and tried to help. He did have a lot of trouble putting the furnace front back together, not his fault....not built to easily do that.
However, my appointment was for early afternoon. I called at 1:30 and they said the tech was in Middletown, I called again just before 4 to complain and they said he was still in Middletown. He got there closer to five. Spent my entire afternoon waiting and not getting other things done that I had to do. I realize you cannot timeout every job but perhaps you overbook. Not fair to the service tech or me. I tried to call again shortly after 4 but the telephone exchange for Aiello was closed at that point so I was in limbo.
Nothing was accomplished with my problem todate and I do not know where I will go from here.

My gas heating was not started,so I called Aiello home services. Nick L came here. For service charge they took 99$ tax =$105.xx. He mentioned to diagnostic charge 144 for checking thermostat. I told No to him. So he gone. After sometime he returned and he told to do free other checking. After checking he told it was not thermostat but condensate removal pump not working. He told he will charge $300 installation cost and other charges which can easily he could charge more than 500$. But I again told NO to him . So he returned. Then I checked condensate pump in Amazon it is 39$ and from YouTube video it is very easy to install. This Aiello service people are very cunning and charge you many unnecessary charges. (See More)

Even though I think Arielle is quite expensive, the service that is given is excellent. The servicemen are all very knowledgeable in what they do. When you have a repair done you have peace of mind the the work is done correctly. I thank you for that. (See More)

I was please that Clay was able to get to my house within about an hour of my calling Aiello. He was able to determine what the problem was quickly and gave me a couple of options to choose from. What was helpful is that he showed me what work was done and what to look check to be sure the heating system is working properly. (See More)

The appointment was made very quickly, the technician arrived on time and the work (replaced a kitchen faucet that had already been purchased) was done quickly and efficiently. The cost was predefined at $480 which seems exorbitant for a little over 30 minutes of work. (See More)

I didn't have any water in my house so I called Aiello. Peter C. came out and determined that I need a new well pump. He called and within a short time another employee of yours brought the new pump out. Now everything is fixed. This is the first time I have called you. My parents also had the same person come to their house for the first time last winter. Both myself as well as my parents will have your services again. (See More)

Ross and Joe performed an energy review of my home on May 24, 2016. They arrived on time, were extremely careful and courteous and engaging. They explained everything they were going to do, asked appropriate questions and completed their work as anticipated. They replaced older type light bulbs, pressure tested the house for air leaks, caulked fireplaces that had air leakage, repaired problem areas in basement, including crawlspace and sealed air leakage into attic area. We have been very happy with the service from Aiello employees over many years, but Ross and Joe are two of the best. (See More)

The service person was concerned about the problem we had with our shower. He explained several options and recommended the repair that would provide the best long term solution. He showed me the parts as he removed them and explained the problems and showed me how he would fix the problem. once done he demonstrated how the new unit worked. Called Aiello at 8:10 on Sunday morning..Leak in wall in basement. Spoke to Orion. He was so polite and was able to accommodate MY schedule, since I work on Sunday. He even CALLED ME as I was leaving work to confirm that it was all right to dispatch the technician. Mike R***** came to my house and step by step he found the problem. He explained everything to me, fixed the piping and gave me follow up instructions about having the wall repaired, where he had to cut . I called Aiello Plumbing to report a leak in my upstairs bathroom, Rob came the next day and made the repair. He was polite, timely, informative and professional. It was expensive but what plumber isn't? I had several items that needed attention but chose to repair the most urgent because I couldn't afford everything on my list but there was one important item on the list, low water pressure, that Rob assured me was not as much of a problem as I thought. He verified that my pump switch was working properly, that my tank was set to 40 psi, not 60 psi as I thought, so the pump wasn't quitting prematurely and I could relax and just give my well a few days to recover from excessive use. What a relief. He was honest with me and I really appreciated that. Some service providers will tell stories to push up the bill, I know, I've met them, but that wasn't the case here. Aiello plumbing will quote everything you ask them to even if you don't do the repair and they don't use scare tactics to compel you to employ them. I'll call them again if and when I need to. Last year your team member spent nearly an hour going thoruhly through the system, replace the humidifier filter, cleaned the humidifier pump and houses. During this service the technician only spent 15-20 min, did not replace the hmidifier filter, didn't clean the pump and it does not to seem to be very thorough in checking the overall system. Overall, this is the 1st time that we were not satisfied at all from your service. This service was not up to your standards.
I am requesting that you schedule another technician to perform this service properly and thoroughly.
