The team of men that worked to get my new air & heat system were outstanding gentlemen. Garrett did an outstanding explaining what I was getting and how it worked. The installers were very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and worked very swiftly. They cleaned up and couldn't tell that they were even here, except for the fact that I actually had air conditioning again. Would recommend the ARS crew they were outstanding (See More)

Such a huge purchase to make, was made bearable by the professionals at ARS Rescue/Rooter Nashville. We were informed each step of the way a when the installers left, we felt we had made the right decision and had gotten what will be an improvement to our home with our new HVAC system. (See More)

Great service and follow-up. Install was done in a timely manner and neatly. A bit pricey but sometimes it's worth paying more vs having to deal with cheaper contractors. Kenton (Kenny) and Jordan (Levi), were very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys. (See More)

WOW, that's all I have to say about this guy. I was very impressed with ARS, Jordan and Kenton. They went above and beyond to get our heat going ASAP. We had a call that the parts needed to finish the job would be another day out....Jordan called back soon after and said he was able to track down what he needed and could come today and finish the job so we wouldn't have to go without heat since it was turning cold. We now have a nice warm house as the temps outside are around 30 at night...Thanks guys! Worth every penny. (See More)

This business was great. Our HVAC went out over the weekend and their sales tech Fritz called us back right away. He went over all of our options and even scheduled our install for that Monday! The installers were great! Jordan and Kenny were professional, explained everything, wore booties as to not mark my wood floors and cleaned up everything! They were in and out in under 2 hrs. In November 2015 we had an amazing experience with this company. Signed the contract in the afternoon one day to replace 3 units. The next day an army of men, literally, at 8 am. By 2 pm were cool. These guys were professional and all business, didn't even know they were here working. I'm late in posting this as you can tell but still can be said that this is a top notch company. I recently had a installation of a complete HVAC system installed by Jordan C. and Justin M. These guys ROCK. They showed up promptly to start the work and completed it all in one day, yes, one day, a complete system. Can't say enough about the company as a whole, from the sales staff to the installers, both the plumbing department and the HVAC guys. These guys were great. Extensive project moving 26 year old split heat pump to new dual fuel package unit outside and repairing /removing air handler and relocating intake to hall ceiling from wall floor. Prompt and on time over the several days it took. Drywall guy did an amazing job with patching. ******, ******, ***** were all professional and if I had name of Drywall guy he should also be commended. Been in my home 26 years first major out of pocket expense hvac keep in mind this was the original unit that came with the house i purchased the brand new, called ARS for a repair the tech checked it out i was there with him the whole time he found a leak and the compressor out, same day a salesman comes out gave me great price discussed all warranties set up install for next day. Joey D., and Jordan C., arrive at about 915 day of install introduce themselves very nice young men when i say hard workers never complained even though they ran into a few obstacles never complained and i made sure they were hydrated i kept them with ice cold water, would have fed them but house was too dang hot to be cooking they me up on everything they were doing even when the obstacles came up but these two guys kept their cool (shirts soaking wet) I even offered that they could jump in the pool if they wanted towhen they were done but they didn't I think they just wanted to go clock out take a shower and maybe have a Beer if they drink....lol but what was suppose to be a 3 hour job turned into an 8 hour day for them and me but well worth it for me and my hubby cause we had been dealing withis for two weeks with three box fans, so I would like to thank ARS for sending Jordan C and Joey D.,my way you guys saved the day and I appreciate your hard work, apologize for the unexpected unknowns, also thank Matt the repair tech for finding the problem and also my salesman can't really read his name on paper,highly recommend ARS. Great job, very professional and helpful staff. Jordan C and Joey D did an excellent job, they worked all day in extreme heat and never stopped until the AC/Heater unit we ordered was installed. They cleaned up and area, hauled off the old unit and even painted the pipe on the new unit so it matched! We are very happy with the unit and the service we received and would highly recommend this company. Wonderful service. My A/C went out over Labor Day weekend. They had an emergency tech out in a hour. Then, the manager himself was on the phone with the tech and scheduled the installers for 9:00 a.m. that Tuesday. They arrived at 9:00 a.m. Jordan Cooper, Caleb Farrar and J.B. Evans were my installers and they rocked!! Careful of my home, respectful, knowledgeable, patient and fast. I highly recommend ARS and these three installers. (See More)

We had a new heating and cooling unit put in by ARS installers Jordan and Christian they were extremely professional and helpful explaining what they were doing. They made sure the house was protected as they bought the unit into the house and wore protective booties over their shoes. Both were very respectful young men who diligently applied themselves to the job at hand and in no time we had a working unit. Theu tested the unit for efficiency after they finished installing and explained what they were doing and what the variance should be as well as going through the new operation of the thermostat installed. All in all a very pleasant experience considering having to replace a unit right on Christmas. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is contemplating buying a new unit. (See More)

Originally installed equipment in 2008 and service was super. In June of 2014 fan motor on condenser unit went out in the middle of a very hot spell. Called and was dispatched a tech immediately. Jordan C was the tech dispatched and was very professional and helpful. The warranty period had expired a year earilier. However Jordan was very helpful in securing a new fan motor. Thankfully we were quickly in the cool zone once again. I would highly recommend this Company and their Tech Jordan for any a/c needs you may need. I am also very thankful for Fritz Byrd who made this all happen. He is #1 and was extremely nice, always returned my calls and very helpful. Both Jordon and Fritz deserve the highest rating.
